I have had a few F & BF before, but this one was spectacular. Terri Borough did a wonderful job. She is warm, friendly and knows what she is doing. It's scary to trust someone to cut bangs that go across your forehead, but she did an amazing job! So this student took the time to look up the information and so Melissa kicked her out of the demo. If you challenge this women she will disrupt the demo and kick you out. I've never met anyone in the professional industry with such a power trip. Awful , awful experience. I am appalled that this women would express her power in such an inappropriate way. I mean, that's a good deal, worst case it's just hair, I'm a cheap date - let's go! :) In both instances they were professional and both times I was beyond pleased with their work! The place is chill, just a bunch of people learning the trade and happy to talk about their experiences. $5 to the shop, $10 for tip, and I'm getting as good of a cut as I would elsewhere for less than half the cost, plus I'm helping someone out! I love it when everyone wins, and I'll certainly be back again soon! :)

Regardless of my daughter having her license, she was poorly taught, she would have to ask the teachers to be taught, myself, my husband and my daughter had to go in to talk to Sherry about her not being taught and Jume was a part of the conversation. Her teaching lasted 2 WEEKS! Then the teachers got lazy again and she would have to ASK to be taught. Her getting her license has nothing to do with the school but everything to do with me teaching her! Your comment really upset me, I get you're trying so hard to keep your Integrity, but it doesn't negate the fact that the teachers are lazy!

The intake process felt disorganized and unclear. There were multiple staff involved (including a supervising instructor and a student and others), but communication was indirect and not clearly explained at the start. I was asked for basic information through multiple people instead of being addressed directly, which made the check-in feel awkward and unstructured. None of this was communicated before hand. Facials are quite direct and a comfortable experience for a client. The environment felt uncoordinated and not what I expected based on the booking and messaging beforehand, so I chose to leave and forfeit the deposit.

Most of the staff do not speak or understand English, and this was never clearly explained to me before I signed up. Before I enrolled, they called me constantly to get me into the program. Once I was in, getting help was almost impossible. You have to chase people for assistance, and even then, nothing really gets resolved. There is only one instructor in the evening, and he clearly shows favoritism. I did not feel supported or treated fairly in class. The supplies they sell are very low quality--comparable to cheap online products. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. On top of that, the school is not clean. The classrooms and restrooms are consistently dirty, and it doesn't seem like they maintain the place properly. If you're serious about learning and building a career, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
