Staff was lowkey rude it was my first time and there's no one at the front desk by the entrance. It's just overall unorganized def not coming back here I would recommend flor to anyone looking to go to a good dispensary. no one really came up to help accept one dude after 10 min of me standing there looking obviously confused because everyone was hiding behind the counter. The look on the outside gave it potential but the inside was so run down looking. I think what would really help is getting rid of lazy ass rude staff. I went here literally today on a Thursday may 8 at 6:30-40pm My friend said other staff on other days are way nicer just unfortunate that I can't ask a simple question for the first time without attitude. read more

I've never left a Yelp review, but I feel like I should for this place since I have a problem with it compared to other dispensaries I've visited. I go here because it's close by where I live, and there's a decent amount of product options. My issue is that even though there's an online order pick up option on the website, my order has NEVER been ready when I have arrived. This is frustrating for me because I like the ease of an online order pick up option, and for this place...it's like why bother?? So if you ever do that online order pick up option, know that your order won't be ready. Instead, you'll have an employee come up to you in line and ask what things you ordered. Even after coming up to you while you're in line, your order still will often not be ready when you get to the front. I've never experienced this issue at any other dispensaries I've visited. My orders have always been bagged and ready at every other place I've visited. That said, the place is clean and the employees are friendly. However, every other dispensary I've been to has also been clean and had friendly employees, so I can't help but be annoyed with this online order pick up issue. read more

The product selection here is good for its size and location. Some of the staff is very helpful while others are not. Seems like they hire anyone here. Furthermore my purchase was for only $17 although the price increased $20 since that was the debit minimum they claimed. Then I was charged an additional $3 due to the fact it was an ATM transaction and not a debit. So a $17 purchase became $23 and I am unhappy since there was no heads up for these fees. I would avoid this place due to lack of knowledge by staff but other than that its okay for a quick pick up. Pricing on edibles is mostly fair. read more

This place is pretty good for being the only club we could find around in the east Bay Area! The girl who helped me gave me great customer service and they had a wonderful selection of product. The only con I would say is as a comparison to SF they have little to no deals. I was a first time customer and was only offered $5 off when I have received larger amounts from other various clubs. I'm not sure what happened to lemonade over the last couple of months but holy s*** it's gone downhill. I am new to the area and a friend of mine actually introduced me to lemonade and I found them to be pretty decent. They had good sales and most of the employees were professional and actually helped you pick out some really good stuff. I came in on Sunday (11/19/23) and recognized no one. They changed all their old employees, and the new people are terrible! I'm not sure if it's the manager, the woman with the darker brown/black hair has the worst attitude. She's always grumpy and mean. Like damn girl, if you don't like people that much maybe don't work at a dispensary? when I came in on Sunday there was a guy with an iPad and he kept hovering near me and finally asked if I needed something when I politely declined and said I'd just be looking and let him know what I wanted and then he told me about all the products despite telling him I was going to browse. After picking out what I wanted I headed towards the cashier and she was still finishing up the last transaction with the previous customer. I could hear her complaining about how she hates the new system and that they have to give change back and she doesn't like it. When it was my turn I came up and asked her if I could have the two of a certain product and pointed to it. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and if I could go there and check the name again. I seriously looked at her like wtf, why am I checking the product? I don't work there, isn't that you job as a budtender to know your product. I'm not sure if they just hired these new people and failed to train them properly or they just fired their old employees and didn't think about the consequences? It's really bad! And I love a good sale and all but will be avoiding this place even if I am desperate I'll make the trip elsewhere. Also be aware that on Mondays there's two cops that hang out at the back end of their parking lot and pull people over as their coming out of there. Just a heads up, that's sketchy as fck. Lemonnade is the newest dispensary to open in Union City, just down the street from Kaiser medical offices. They have their own parking lot and it's easy to get in and out of. Store is clean and bright. You can check out their products and order ahead of time using their website. After being greeted and having ID checked by security, I was met by a budtender who assisted me with my purchases. Pleasant experience. read more

Don't use your debit card! They charge $3 per transaction and then your bank will charge you $3 extra because they have the business registered as an ATM not as a business, so it's reported as an ATM withdrawal. If you don't carry cash often just don't go here. read more
