This has been my default dispensary living in Oakland. Staff is always friendly. They have a large variety of plants and disposables, decent edible options and pretty solid prices. The parking lot is pretty small. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm always in & out. I leave very satisfied and always with more than I intended to get lol. Great customer service. Line usually moves pretty quickly every time I come. I do have to say.. they've got some competition with High Times up the street. Since they opened i'm leaning a little more towards them. Prices are a joke and the tax is a BIG joke... but the worst joke of all is this pre roll.. and the bud given to me is completely different than what I looked at and asked for (labeled as a complete different strain even) but at least its a similar quality which is descent. Also they OVERTAX you. CA tax on weed is 15% and Oakland charges an additional 10% so why is it that for an 80$ product I was charged 108$ thats an extra 10%. This place used to be better... Two security standing outside. Another security on the inside with the metal protector. Great customer service. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. The service is okay in the building, but the parking lot, beware of getting your damn car hit with an opened door by another member. I am giving them a 3 because I was a regular there until I asked them for help with all the cameras they have there. It's always awesome to find a good club in Oakland that has an awesome variety of items. First, it's super convenient to 880 and the coliseum. There are security guards and a metal detector. The lady at the front desk with the long black ponytails was nice and explained all the specials and events they have, which is a lot. I like that they have a "wall of edibles" so you can see the sizing and dosage of everything. They have screens with the list of flowers and everything else so you can choose ahead of time. For FTP you get a free pre-roll and if you refer someone you get a free pre-roll too. Every $25 you spend you get an edible sample and when you spend $50 (I think) you get a free pre-roll. It's nice to get something for every time you go. Decent prices on everything. Will be back again. read more

I think it's EXTREMELY important the businesses like this REQUIRE vaccination for all employees and masks! People that consume cannabis for medical purposes, like cancer patients, often have weakened immune systems. With the new Delta variant , the policy of this business not to require vaccination of its workers could literally wind up KILLING customers who have been vaccinated but have more chance of contracting the virus because of their health condition or age.
