Never had an online order take that long at any dispensary. That's crazy. The estimated time said 25-35 minutes. I can understand their 40% off weekend sale can take an hour or two to process an order. If you don't have what I ordered, then just cancel my order instead of leaving it pending. I wasn't even ordering anything crazy. Just a couple eighths and a tin of Camino gummies. Tried to call, went straight to voicemail. They're open for another hour. For now, I'm giving up on ever picking up my order. LOL. I'll stick to Nug, my usual spot. There's too many options in a 10 minute radius for flaky dispensaries to exist. Bummer, I guess that deal going on was too good to be true (even though it barely comes out cheaper than other competitors). Man, I just wanted to try out a new spot. I'm not heading over there just to see if my order is ready in case it isn't and just move on. Not a good first impression.

Then hand me my order saying "oh sorry it already went through, nothing we can do now". It's annoying asf to deal with the samething when it's so simple. Their options aren't great, very limited. Staff got rocks up their ass. Please a staff member that's high up or Josh, someone reply. I'm done buying from there unless someone higher up talks to me to fix it. Fix that system or the employees.
