When I walked in to this office for a second…read moreopinion I was greeted with kindness and great customer service from the front desk and by Mr. Blake. Explained my tire pressure monitor issue as best as I could and he walked me out to my car to see it for himself. He did a courtesy walk around and quick inspection of my vehicle and instantly told me what was specifically wrong. Just off of the 15 minutes spent with him, he explained everything that he was doing, how it can be fixed, how much it would cost and that they could do the service right on the spot. I was blown away. Never in all of my 13 years of driving have I been assisted with great car maintenance customer service the way that I was at Billingsley Tire in those 15 minutes. I needed new tire pressure sensors for my vehicle which definitely was not what my initial tire and Auto shop told me needed to be done to fix the dash error that kept coming up. In the process of replacing those, Mr Blake rolled one of my tires in the waiting room to where I was sitting to physically show me the alignment and tread on my tire and how by the book this means it needs to be changed in the near future. He did not pressure me at all to buy a tire at that moment, just simply getting me as the customer to understand some things they look at in the tire and auto world and simply to give me a warning. That meant a lot to me as a woman who doesn't know cars at all. That was TOP TIER customer service. That is the reason why I will no longer be going to any Tire and Auto place but here in Lemoore at Billingsley Tire. Great staff and great help in my time of need on a late Friday afternoon. My radiator hoses sprung a leak and I could have gotten stuck in the dessert somewhere, but KC Tire was there with a POSITIVE attitude and the right tools to drop everything he was doing to help me get back on the highway without delay. The grandfather helped me, his son assisted, and the grandson watched and joked with me. They are GOOD Men. Did not take advantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg. Also, on the way back from my pickup, my battery light was blinking on my dash and I feared the worst , that my alternator was shot. KC Tire was just closing up shop for the day, it was late, 6pm, but they saw that I was stressed and once again sprung into action, they tested my alternator, saw that it was still working fine, and that really put my mind at ease. Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. I just rolled into town about a month ago in mid July having my AC die on the cross country trip over here. Pep boys wanted 2200 bucks to gut and replace everything which was not gonna happen. I had my suspicions that it was my condenser so I took it upon myself to order one off amazon however realized I was a little over my head by the time it came. I stopped over at Lemoore Tire and Auto to see what'd they say. Turns out my compressor was dead. They showed me why and how it had no pressure when I pumped the gas. After having them replace it the AC was working but only at idle which suggested that there was a constriction likely in the condesner which is probably what had made my last compressor go bad in the first place. So they installed my condenser for me that I had bought online. As it turns out it didn't fit but they were able to modify it so that it would fit and work fine. In summery, Gave me a very fair quote, managed to use a part I had brought in and got it to work even though it didn't fit just right saving me from having to order a new one, explained everything they were doing and didn't seem to mind me looking over their shoulder. Also on a side note, they didn't make me pay in full when they finished. They printed me an invoice gave me the keys and said it was fine if I paid at the end of the month when I get paid. I know where I'm going from here on out with all my cars maintenance. read more

I have lived all over the United States and have never encountered such a competent, customer friendly auto shop as Lemoore Tire and Auto. I have brought my vehicle here for multiple problems both big and small. Every time they are able to fix the problem for far less money and more quickly than I expect. Most recently I brought my truck in with what I expected to be a leak in the A/C line. I was expecting the worst as A/C systems can be very pricey to repair. Randy discovered and fixed the problem over the afternoon. Instead of thousands of dollars I paid only $85. The crew greeted me with a handshake a genuine smile and good eye contact. All around a pleasantly rare experience these days. I will continue to bring my vehicle here and have a new standard for truly great auto service. read more

They will quote you 4-5 hrs of work if it only takes them 2 or 3 they will still charge you for what the quote is. Had a covid positive "mechanic" work on cars not inform the customers. That mechanic Died. They also try to cheat the system to try and qualify for things they don't. cause damages for i cars also drink on site. the New owners don't know what they are doing.
