It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up. read more

My wife and I were on our way to the coast when my alternator went out. We were towed to this shop and they jumped right on our truck to get it back on the road. When the first alternator proved to be defective they had to order another one and so we had to spend the night in a hotel. They not only found us a hotel but drove us there and picked us up the next day. Once they had the new alternator they had us back on the road in no time. I had a diagnostic done on my transmission and they recommended servicing the transmission . It was my parents idea to take the car there and they agreed to pay for it so I had the work done there. I thought it was kinda expensive. The total was over $700. They charged me $240 for transmission fluid alone. That's $30 a quart. The actual price of a quart at the auto parts store is only $6 each. After everything was done my car still ran the same. I'm still having the same problems with my transmission. I went back and they said I probably need a new transmission. To be fair they should give me a refund because they did not fix the problem and the work was supposed to be guaranteed. read more

This place is such a joke. I used to take my old car in When it was under old ownership. used to be really fast and friendly. Boy has that gone downhill! The parking lot is always full because they overbook their schedule without enough employees there to work on vehicles. They kept my car there for almost 9 hours one time without telling me what was going on with it. All they were supposed to do was change the radiator... I literally had to go over there to ask them what was going on with my car had just been sitting there, hadn't even be looked at yet!! Usually only 2 or 3 employees there with no one at the front desk. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it back again for an oil change.. same thing, 5 HOURS LATER I get my car back.. the staff isn't friendly at all and they really don't know what they're doing. Well first off they did a good job on repairing the transmission but when I went to pick up the truck it wasn't there I was told for security it was moved to one of the mechanics home when they brought it back my dash cam was unplugged and mounting clips broken there should have been no reason for them to touch any of this for weeks the truck was sitting in front of business why move it so be specific on what you want them to do and how to store your vehicle other than that they do good work! and if it was legit they should have told me, they didn't ! Genuinely disappointed with my first visit with any auto repair shop. The biggest reason I decided to bring my car to this shop is because I had so many friends that referred me to get an auto repair done by this shop. This right here is the reason I do my research before trying to bring my car to get repaired, but I had no choice but to have my ac system checked since I needed it to get troubleshot and serviced. First, the part that was needed to get replaced got delayed for two days and the notification was always at the very end of the day like I don't need my car for work. Second, a lot of spilled coolant were all over my bumper grill - no big deal since I did not mind cleaning it before leaving the shop. But when I got home and checked the newly installed condenser fans, I noticed the huge plastic trim above the radiator was missing. Went back to the shop to get the trim installed back just to find again that they just tacked it on without the fasteners and clips. Cool, I'll just go ahead and buy my own hardware. But what really got me upset was that I also noticed that there was not a single drop of coolant to be seen inside the reservoir, not even in Low level. Just to clear things out, I am that guy that checks the oils/liquids every month so I always made sure my engine/brake/coolant level are within limits. I was about to head to LA on that very same day but decided to walk to an auto parts shop to buy myself some radiator coolant and cancel my apartment tour in LA. I'm an aircraft mechanic and I worked so hard for my $650 just to get this kind of work. read more

Except when I got there the guy told me that one of the rims was cracked and the inner lip was completely gone. So I figured they just put the old tires back on. Nope... this guy put silicone on the cracked rim then put new valve stems and tires. I guess it never occured to him to call and let me know. I called and explained a problem I was having, was told they were slow and they would be able to look at it today (3 hours to close). I drive straight there (10 minute drive) and was told upon arrival that it probably can't be looked at today & that I should make an appointment first thing in the morning. Disappointed. I brought my car in to see why I had a check engine light showing Misfire. The guy said he couldn't find anything wrong. He essentially said that eventually the light will go away. I took the car to the dealer (which is what I should have done in the first place) and they found that I needed to replace the coil and spark plug to the #3 cylinder. read more
