Hitting the other parts stores in town as I came across them, Autozone and O'Reillys were helpful but didn't have it. Called Kings and he said if he didn' have it, he'd help me build one. That's just what he did: got the parts and stood there at the counter and helped me strip and wire up a harness. He would occasionally jump out to help other customers and I noticed he always knew exactly where the part they wanted was. OUTSTANDING customer service and great parts knowledge too.

I understand a shop gets busy, just a heads up of their actual estimated time would have been nice! The front desk let another customer know the waiting time and even offered them a ride home. They promote the $75 oil change with tire rotation, I paid $79.94, don't really know why the add on. It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up.
