Nope! I asked very politely about 4 new tires I have that need mounting and balancing. The young lady looks in my back seat starts looking at my rims and talking about dismounting the rim wheel is 25$ then remount is 25$ balancing is 25$ and balancing of my rotors. So and the price I got was 240$ to mount and balance my new tires I'm bringing. I get maybe you don't want to just make labor and would rather sell your own tires , but really make up prices , act rude like you don't want my business which I have been bringing for A YEARS and put on my co workers to them, In the end I even told the young lady this was highway robbery and I am a long time customer. I will never go here again and I will BASH the heck out of your tire shop now. Forever . read more

Took my 2007 Honda CR-V today for a wheel alignment. Excellent customer service. Technician took the time to explain the report to me before proceeding with the alignment. When the work was completed, the technician explained everything and made sure that all questions were answered. Total price was $95. Luckily, they were able to service my car right away and total time from beginning to end was less than 45 minutes. Waiting area was nice and clean too. Excellent experience. read more

they do not stand by there work. the workers they have now are incompetent. special ordered tires got them put on come to find out they put on two different size tires that caused my bearings to go out. when i went to find out why they did this they made me feel as if it was my fault for trusting that they had done what i had paid for them to do. also purchased a set from them before this that lasted maybe a 1000 miles and where completely uneven wearing weird and they just said they can give a 20% discount that come to find out was the same price as im replacing with for the 3rdtime from a different company. just a heads up i wouldn't waist your time they are no cheaper than anybody else. actually more expensive from all the problems they cause doing the work. stay away go somewhere that stands by there work read more

I just had brand new tires put on my 06, BMW and I knew my car was in need of an alignment. I called several of the tire shops in Hanford but most were too expensive or too busy.. I then decided to call Fast Tire and Wheels and spoke with Ernesto who quoted me $85.00 and told me to bring my car right over. Almost as soon as I arrived I was greeted by Ernesto. Prior to just doing the job I believed my car needed they confirmed it by taking my car on a test drive. I believe that is vital in avoiding any possible misdiagnosis thus unnecessary spending by someone like myself who is not a mechanic. After returning from the test drive mechanic (Alfredo) pulled my car into the Bay and got to work. They had it done and ready to go within the hour. Alfredo still took the time to discussed with me exactly what he did to correct the issue. This is a friendly, fair and honest family business. I highly recommend. Altjough I gave tem full stars last time for their service I recently went back to them to get my free tire rotation as I was told when I purchased my new tires from them previously. Showed them my receipt, so the guy (owner I'm guessing) states "we dont sell these tires, we gotta charge you the rotation fee." So I say ok sure whatever. Than I pretend to be on my phone and take notice that they rotate the tires wrong, raised the truck up and bring the tires from the front wheels to the back and the back to front on the same side. WTF? Either they were having a bad day or do not know the correct way in doing a wheel rotation. Sad day I had high hopes for this business. Until now. So I will go elsewhere now. Sad sad such a shame. read more

Called to see if I could get an alignment as I just got new tires and was going out of town. The young lady that answered the phone was friendly and sweet. She said they don't take appointments but to come in 45 minutes. When I got there the mechanic came right out. I waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes, which was reasonable. It was refreshing to get friendly good customer service as it seems rare these days. I will definitely be going back again with our other vehicles. read more

Great experience. Had a cracked rim on my Escalade. Got a new one off Amazon, $600 dollars less then Cadillac wanted for it. Took new Rim to these guys, Put old sensor on rim, remounted tire, balanced, installed, all within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this shop for any tire business. read more
