This required the new wood to be intermixed with the old hardwood and then the entire floor refinished. The fingering in of the new wood with the old wood was done perfectly and cannot be distinguished from the original wood. The sanding of all the flooring was accomplished very quickly and expertly with a minimum of dust to contend with. A medium polyurethane finish was used and it looks absolutely beautiful! We are back in our house within four days from start to finish and we could not be more pleased with the results!
