Doctor Syler and her entire staff were so very kind, compassionate and caring. The Vet techs were so very loving with our little Toto and she was very comfortable with them and the way they handled her. For that we are thankful. Doctor Syler was so very easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions and put some concerns to rest as well. She also made some very good recommendations in regard to dental care for our little one as well. Pam greeted us with a smile and immediately started to love on our 3 dogs. She gave the dogs and us a tour of the facility, made sure all 3 understood the doggie door and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable before we left. Knowing Cindy had concerns I was still sceptical, we get in the car to leave and her first comment was "Oh my gosh I am so relieved."
