Only options to pay are by debit/credit, Apple or PayPal all of which are connected to my bank account. I went to the local branch and filled out the paperwork to open my daily limit to allow the purchase. Then went back the next day to do the transaction while in the bank to make sure everything went smoothly since I have had multiple issues with large transactions not going through even when filling out the required paperwork. 2 different times I've tried to purchase plane tickets between $3000-$4000 and never been able to use my bank card. This time the VP said absolutely not. She would not allow my card to be opened for such a large transaction even with me doing the transaction while in the bank. Said that the only way such a large amount could be done is through a wire transfer or cashiers check which is not a payment option for Airbnb. I understand it's for protection but that is why I was doing this while in their presence. Airbnb does offer an option to pay half now and the remainder later and I was still told no. I am tired of not being able to access my money when I need it for what I want to use it for. I will be closing my account and I am encouraging my adult children as well as my siblings and parents to close their accounts.

When we walked in the line was so LONG. So my niece and I proceeded to walk to the end of the line and wait. My niece who is an outgoing social bunny told me that there was too many people. I told her she wanted to come with me. She was such an Angel during the time spent here. Even though the line was long we managed to get through the line fairly quickly. As there was about 5 to 6 tellers at the window. This was probably the fastest in person banking experience ever especially since I had the little one with me. The customer service was great and I even changed my mind twice and amazed how Cool, Calm and Collected my bank teller was and even did it with a smile too. I had such a great experience here that I prefer to get my banking needs taken care of. I will be back if I'm in the area.

My account is in good standing, and I had spoken with a representative just two weeks ago to request this replacement card. After calling the bank directly, I was transferred yet again to another call center, waited approximately five minutes, and was then informed that their system was down and they could not assist me. The end result: no activated card and a significant amount of wasted time. This experience fell far short of basic customer service expectations. Something as simple as activating a replacement card should not require multiple transfers and system failures.

I visited this branch to deposit cash. The ATM outside the branch was out of service, and after…read morewaiting over 10 minutes, the drive-through ATM also showed "OUT OF SERVICE" (1/1). I returned the next day (1/2) to deposit cash again. The ATM inside was extremely slow and outdated, and it miscounted my deposit -- I was short $180. After the first deposit, the ATM was stuck on the "processing" screen for several minutes, clearly indicating a problem. When I tried to make a second deposit, the ATM displayed "cash deposit unavailable."

Because of this, my account became overdrawn (twice) and I was told that it would take 3-4 days for me to be reimbursed even though none of it was my fault. I had to jump through several hoops to get the situations solved and when I actually went into the bank to speak with someone about it, they were very dismissive. I even asked to speak to the manager and he was rude and defensive. I urge you to think twice before banking with Mechanics.
