The on call Dr told me and I quote, "pain does not constitute an emergency". There's nothing we can do without seeing him, yet, refusing to see him. It was actually because of her that we started going to Jenkins and LeBlanc. It is true that they won't let you stay with the child if the child is being put under anesthesia for dental work, but you are there before they fall asleep and back in there before they wake up. In addition, they are being monitored the entire by an anesthesiologist. I know a lot of people don't like this, but you wouldn't expect to be in the operating room with the surgeon, and that's a similar situation.
