I had a carrier switch through my employer and they didn't have his insurance on file. This was met with frustration and disrespect by the "insurance verification" employee. My wife ultimately was told to reschedule as we now were late. I then called with my insurance and was told he would not be seen as we now were late. I work in healthcare, this is an office that could use education in grace and human compassion. Under no circumstances will we ever come back and this story will be shared with anyone who thinks about setting foot in this office. Oldest teen was seen for tooth pain and was told she had no cavities and to seek out an oral…read moresurgeon for 3rd molars. They took X-rays. Then two weeks later she went in for her 6 month cleaning. Dr. Leblanc saw her for a very short time and said she had two cavities. I called the office that Friday to get some insight on staff findings and wanted clarification on the differences between the two visits, only two weeks apart. They had two hours to call me back. They did not. I called with 15 min left of their work day and staff confirmed that Dr. Leblanc received my message and discussed my daughter's appointments. Yet they felt the need to skip out for the weekend and not return my call. We went to another dentist the following week and got additional X-rays. Guess what...no cavities and too soon to see an oral surgeon for 3rd molars. This dentist is rude, rushes and wanted to drill into my child's teeth for no acceptable reason.
