The technician was such a sweetheart and made sure that I was comfortable. If I were to come in future, I will take my small crochet blanket. It felt cold but the technician tried by putting a towel over me. I guess I get cold so easily. I will not take points off this. The spa robes are cute. There are lockers to store your belongings. There are a lot of stairs if you must do tests upstairs but there are also elevators too. I had a good experience except for being cold. I recommend this clinic keeping warm blankets it helps a lot. But in the meantime I recommend you taking along a favorite small blanket.

I answered the questions and scheduler says oh I can't schedule your appt, you need a referral from your doctor. Again, Carol Milgard called me. Frustrated being treated so horribly, now I'm just a festering ball of anger but it's in MY best interest.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. McCallister during an urgent care visit. Despite me clearly stating that my back was hurting after falling a couple of feet onto wooden stairs, she dismissed my concerns and said I only had bruises. I had to strongly advocate for myself to receive an X-ray, which I felt was reasonable given the nature of the fall. Additionally, she frequently used medical terminology without explaining it in layman's terms. Even when I indicated that I did not understand what she meant, she did not pause to clarify. A friend who works in healthcare had come with me and luckily explain the terminology to me afterwards Finally, while she verbally advised me to avoid heavy lifting and sudden movements, when I asked, she refused to provide any form of written note or documentation for my employer. Overall, I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and dissatisfied with the level of care and communication during this visit.

He's only 10 years old and they told us that they could not see him because if he was a minor, this was the MMA that said this this was not the doctor herself or him, but the MA said that they can't do anything about that because they don't treat for that kind of age. My son was already scared enough as it was and for him to have to ride around with his father with a tower holding pressure to it and bleeding and have ice on his face is not correct. I'm very disappointing in this place. I hope the management can. fix this problem. I will not for no one to this place at all is terrible that the company supposed to be before the people to help them in medical field yet you can't even treat my son with two stitches. That's all he needed. I'm very disappointed in this company and will never look to come to this company ever again for help or trust my children or my loved ones with this place thank you to Mary Bridge Hospital that treated by Son and took good care of him. And in my opinion a more accurate representation of the disaster of a business you're considering engaging with. Overall experience was terrible. The consultation in general was simply an excuse to push processed, expensive packaged foods like shakes, bars, etc. instead of teaching clients how to eat real food in a sustainable way. I decided not to move forward with the program after meeting with the Dr. Weeks later I received an invoice that brings me to the disaster of their billing. Their "insurance experts" and front office completely miss the boat on accurately explaining the offices costs. When I walked in the gal attempted to charge me $95 (I later learned this was the full cost if I had no insurance, in hindsight I should have simply paid this). I told her I was quoted $45 by the billing team and wasn't interested in paying $95 for a consultation so if it was that vs. $45 cancel the appointment. She went to the back and came back out and said oh year $45. Ok. Two weeks later, after paying the $45 the day of the appointment, I received a bill for $92.88. Which by the way in hindsight NOT using insurance would have been better for me, wish their "insurance expert" had mentioned that when she ran my insurance and told me the cost for a consultaton would be $45. The billing company (they outsource it) was really nice to work with and apologetic explaining they've had high turn over at the medical office and have been having problems with clients not having expenses properly explained. Apparently I'm not the first to have this or a similar issue. They escalated my call back to Rainier Medical who came back and said the costs are listed on the website and I signed something when I showed up that said I'd pay whatever was billed so it was due. I paid the $92.88 (plus the original $45) and am wiping my hands of the experience but hope by sharing others will know to (a) avoid this place, the services aren't worth it and (b) if you do go don't trust the billing/front desk team to be helpful.
