First off, they are asking for reviews in exchange for a Starbucks gift card. Much worse, they charged both the borrower and the loan officer for the same credit report. When asked to fix the error, they refused, purporting that the credit report was ordered twice: three minutes apart. What kind of system does that? Also, they charge the LO's credit card a lump sum without providing an invoice to show what the individual charges were for. Update: Due to my one-star review, they are refunding the cost of the credit report, so I am updating to 3 stars. read more

Came in ready to use the bathroom for a drug screen, took off my jacket, purse, everything - gal gives me a cup and I leave a sample. After I finish and hand it to her, she says their cups must be defective because they can't sense a temperature. Not even 2 mins AFTER I give her the cup, she says that. Gave me a jug of water to drink, after 45 mins gave me another cup to leave a sample. I gave them a WARM & FULL CUP and a few days later, find out there was a mix up with my urine and said there was a "collection error and to come in AGAIN". Idk if there was just a lot of people that came in after me but I felt this place is unorganized and a mess. I wouldn't recommend this place. Fix your cup issues and maybe hire ppl that are more thorough w sealing and labeling urine when the patient is done. read more

Don't waste your time and money at this place. My wife needed fingerprinting for an FBI background check and her Alliance 2020 fingerprints were rejected by the FBI three times in a row. This cost us over $100 in Fed Ex and application charges. More importantly, it delayed her background check by over a month. Alliance 2020 refused to refund her money. read more

I contacted Alliance 2020 about the process they go through and the services they provide and found them to be very informative and transparent. I've known a high-ranking employee all my life, and I can tell you with certainty that this company ranks very high in terms of how it conducts business and the level of integrity in all their transactions is the highest. This is very important in today's environment of privacy concerns. When I sought to pursue screening of potential workers, regardless of my relationship, I was informed that I must first receive authorization from the potential worker to perform a background check - and although this was inconvenient as an employer, it only gave me further assurances in the high degree of ethical conduct they uphold. Clearly others who have provided Alliance 2020 poor ratings here on Yelp are from people who are not telling the whole story. Whew let me first off apologize for my extreme tardiness on writing my review. I had misplaced my basic information form with Kylie's name on it. I most def wanted to give credit where credit is due & mention Kylie. At first I felt like my GPS just dropped me off in a random place but I told myself I might as well go inside & see if I can figure it out or at least ask. You will be surprised on what you can find out once you just read a few signs. In no time I realized I was in the correct place once I head one more floor up. When I first walked in... I felt like I was in a scene out of a comedy or something.. lol. I heard chatter about a Seahawk game, friendships, & snap chat. That made me feel a little better because I don't know something about getting fingerprinted is nerve racking. Even if you know that nothing will come back on the negative side. I just never had to do anything like this for a job so the process was new & alarming. I'm glad that I had Kylie! We laughed at the feeling of "oh m goodness I have to get fingerprinted!" We also spoke about never ever going to a Seahawks game. However that would soon change for Kylie as he got invited by the boss man (I believe I recall) to catch a game. (Lucky duck she was). Anyhow I would just like to state that Kylie's customer service was great. She was very attentive, gentle, warm, & funny. I'm glad she was there to ease the task at hand. I spent an hour filing all the information on their website. After that, it erased everything because refused to take my photo of ID and proof of income. Terrible! Landlords: if you want to lose all your future tenants, use service of Alliance 2020! Update on 01/03/2018: Very rude woman called me, Debby the "General Manager" on behalf of the Alliance 2020. I asked her initials, and she refused to identify herself, refused to tell her last name. She insistently asked me to delete my review from Yelp and Google maps, because: - their company is 30 years on the market - they have absolutely clear reputation - my review is "false" because my application finally was approved. I discussed over the phone and said that system in fact did not allow me to proceed to the next page because it did not allow me to upload pdf files. Thus, it erased my uploaded information (files) and I spent hour trying to do that again. So called "General Manager" aggressively repeated multiple times to me that their system works and I MUST delete review because my application was approved. However, the fact of application approval does not contradict with the fact that their system does not work properly. Especially paying attention to that "approval" was made after I left a review on Yelp. Later, I found that Debby the "General manager" did not tell true over the phone. For example, the company reputation is not so clear. I found similar reviews on Yelp. You can see these 1-star reviews below mine. According to them, it is terrible company! They do harass customers, treat to sue and etc! Debby tried to force me again and again to delete the review. She said it is because "review on Yelp significantly affects company performance". But you know what really significantly affects company performance? Harassment of customers performed by such manager! I'm so happy with my experience here! Due to Covid, I wanted to come in right at opening to get my fingerprints done, in hopes to not have to be around too many people. I was the only one there but they still enforced social distancing which made me feel safe and comfortable. I worked with Kristy and she was super helpful, welcoming and made me feel confident that she knew what she was doing (I've had bad past experiences getting my fingerprints done elsewhere.) I told him you are still liable on the lease but have a person who stepped in for you. In the event the tenant does not pay you would still be responsible on for the lease. I've upped my customer experience review to 2 stars because despite the initial actions of a junior employee that caused me damage, a VP did step in and do everything in his power to rectify my experience. I think this should serve as an example of the power of free speech and sticking up for your rights as a consumer. My experience: 1. Did not contact my employment reference.(To my knowledge) 2. Stated I was unemployed on credit report. (I am a marketing manager in a major internet retailer) 3. Lied about having contacted my manager when asked. (To my knowledge) 4. They ignore calls(6 calls, no callback). 5. Required escalation to fax an employment verification. 6. Multiple typos in final doc, ie: job start date 7. Lack of communication - I was forced to provide the same contact information multiple times, within 20 minutes. 8. Sent an updated credit doc with employment information 3 days late (4 whole days total)- apartment was already rented to someone else. Their final recommendation(whether to rent) was the following: "CONDITIONAL--BASED ON 8 MONTHS EMPLOYMENT HISTORY, LEASE EXPIRES JUNE 2014." In summary, extremely poor customer experience. I found them to be very responsive to my questions and provided a clear explanation of what would be required to begin using their service. There pricing was very affordable and the promised turn around time was great. After making a decision to use their service, I was provided with training to enable me to order reports on-line. Gavin's training was thorough he was very knowledgeable and he showed me how to access the necessary documents to be in compliance with the FCRA. The people at this location are rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife went to this location because she needed to do a drug test for her new job, and she explained to the customer service rep that she only had her temporary ID because her license was taken from her at the DMV and she was given a temporary copy until her hard copy showed up. She was then given a blow-by-blow story of how they didn't do that to the customer service rep when she went to the DMV... When what should have happened was she should have been told which alternate form of identification could have been used for the services that she needed. The rude customer service representative then threw my wife's ID back to her. The people sitting at the front desk at this location need a serious lesson in customer service, and I do not recommend anyone using this business because they do not know how to treat their customers, and when we called to speak to a manager we were lied to about who the manager really was... First we were told that the manager's name was Kylie, then we were told that Jesse was the manager, and then this rude woman tried to over talk her and yell while she was on the phone with my wife. Simply put, if you want quality customer service this is not the location for you. read more
