I'll be the first to say my husband and I were very pleased with our building process. We closed on our home last week and are in love with it! We are brand new home buyers so from the very beginning we loved our experience. A lot of other home builders in the area were extremely pushy or had an upgrade charge for every little thing (including air conditioning!!!). We met Terri and Tammy who guided us through the whole process of buying a home, explained to us the several upgrading options but what we fell in love with was all the options that were available to us through the standard package/price of the home. Everything was perfect from the beautiful railings, Alexa home, huge windows, vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, all utilities included except washer and dryer, and the list can go on and on. The only downfall was the paint color which my neighbors didnt seem very fond of either. A little off white and is more of a primer than a paint, but we plan on painting the home ourselves anyway!
