My elderly aunt was looking for a townhouse in the area and Jack helped her find one. He talked to her (instead of just talking to me), found out what she was looking for and other information. He did not send us out on wild goose-chases. He pinpointed the homes that were right for her. As a result she found a wonderful house in a great community.
