My husband had a balance and I called and made a payment arrangement with the receptionist to pay $50 a month. I have been paying monthly since then. I called yesterday to pay my 3rd payment and spoke with Olga the office manager who accused me of lying in regard to the payment arrangement. I don't remember the receptionist's name who I spoke with originally to make the payment arrangement. She said nobody here would do that, but they did. The girl I spoke with on the phone the two times before was kind and professional, Olga was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She said there was an account note that I called prior and I was very upset. I have NEVER called upset or mean in anyway. The only thing I did was when calling to make a second payment, I questioned why I received a collection threat letter after I had already made a payment arrangement with the office. I was in no way, shape, or form upset in anyway--even though the letter I received was very aggressive and abrasive. I have worked in the dental admin field for 15 years and managed two offices and would never speak to a patient like she did with me. She was laughing and being so nasty. And how stupid can you be to turn down money that a patient is trying to pay? Isn't $50 better than nothing? It would have been paid off by August, and honestly I probably would have just paid the balance off entirely next month, since it would have been less than $100 by then. She wouldn't take the $50 payment if I wasn't going to pay the $127 balance in full. Olga needs some more management training. The reason why he even had a balance in the first place was that we were misquoted on his treatment plan. Don't you verify benefits prior? We ended up owing $227(corrected) OVER what we were quoted. I like the doctors and other staff there but we will not be returning because Olga is absolutely miserable and awful. It's the principle of the matter, not about the money. Olga even said on the phone that they don't make payment arrangements even for patients that owe $1000. So you mean to tell me that when someone's insurance denies their claim and they have a huge balance that you won't allow them to make payments on it? In this day and time, that is a disgrace. Not everyone just has $800 or $1000 to give to you in one full payment. Shame on you! Also, I have referred many patients seeking a general dentist to this practice. The fact that I was treated this way when I was just trying to pay off our balance as discussed two months ago is diabolical. read more

Dr Lennon I experienced Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde . After two crowns there was something stuck between the crowns . It caused bleeding and discomfort. I waited two weeks for dr Lennon to examine my issue. Another visit and his associate dr Etzkorn found and removed something that alleviated the pain and bleeding. I jokingly remarked to dr Lennon he might need another pair of eye glasses. Dr Lennon jerked my arm rest open and rudely told me to leave and exclaimed "were finished" . I asked if he was joking and he again told me to leave. Talk about an obsequious personality. The office staff is superior beyond the best and only they probably know their bosses personality . Look everyone has bad days and makes mistakes he missed a foreign object and his partner saw it without any glasses on. Dr. Lennon's kind of behavior was inappropriate from a educated doctor that missed something. Perhaps a new eye prescription is necessary and perhaps counseling. I'm still waiting for a apology. If you are ever not pleased with the color of a crown or persistent pain don't be afraid to speak up. You certainly deserve the best and believe me you paid A premium price. As for me I found another Dentist that understood everything and had not a hint of a sophomania personality. read more

My daughter has special needs, and any physical touching can be terrifying for her (brushing teeth, hair, baths, etc..). Our first trip to the dentist was terrifying for me, because I know how difficult this can be even as her mother. Dr. Zach and the staff at Dr. Lennon's were able to make the experience so much fun, that she actually looks forward to going back to pick her "treasures" after her cleaning. After the way they treated my daughter, I can't imagine ever taking her anywhere else. My husband and I are both patients as well, and we are both so impressed with the efficiency of the office, how friendly everybody is, and how going to the dentist is no longer something to dread. read more

I have been going to the group since it opened open practice. I have found Dr. Lennon a very good dentist. I define a good dentist has explaining things and not going for the big expensive treatment right up front. He give me options. Some times waiting and watching. If we wait too long this could happen. We have been going here for years. Dr Lennon is great as well as his office staff. He never pushes you into dental work you don't need and what you do need he goes to great lengths to explain. He lets you make the decisions on work you need and if it's something that can wait awhile he will tell you. Kelly is our favorite hygienist in that office. I was a previous patient of Dr. Lennon four or five years ago after a trusted friend referred me to his office. After a couple of years having a great bill of health by Dr. Lennon, he one day informed me that I had a large split on one of my teeth and would immediately need some very expensive dental work to save my tooth, otherwise, I would loose it. Very depressed, unable to pay, I went on for 6 months thinking about how to come up with the money to pay for saving my tooth. I still went back for my cleaning as scheduled, however, Dr. Lennon was on vacation and another dentist was filling in for him. Oddly, my hygienist made no mention of my cracked tooth whatsoever during our small talk and cleaned my teeth as usual. When the dentist came in the room to do the exam, he said "everything is looking great" then said , "wait, let me see (followed by code words for what im assuming was my bad tooth) then said to the hygienist "I'm not seeing this-are you?" She said no, I dont see it either. The dentist said, "ok, everything looks great-keep up with the flossing" read more

Having moved recently from out of state, we asked our new primary care Dr. the name of his Dentist. The people in this office are super nice and attentive, including Kelly the Hygienist and Dr. Lennon. The space is very pretty, clean and easy to find.
