It's been a while since I left a review for this gem! The sandwiches we got today were beyond delicious! I tried the new Chipotle Chicken Philly and all I can say is OMG! That thing is FIRE! LOVED IT! My friend tried the Deluxe Club and was praising that thing like he was in church! Several hours later and he is still talking about how good it was! The restaurant was really clean, the staff was extremely friendly and acted as if they really enjoyed their jobs (something not seen much today). Do yourself a favor and go check this place out if you have not been there in a while. read more

Food: After years of missing and enjoying a wonderful Lenny's sub have to say no more order the usual bacon cheesesteak pepper relish on cheddar roll. Received a very well dehydrated what could have been steak at one time no more A-1 on the steak while cooking quit that three years ago ‍ Service: what we all have came to expect in this new world of no one cares. One team member busting it while the rest seem to not want to be there anymore and of course the late bloomer dragging in while in the middle of the restaurant takes his hat off and processes to pull up what hair he has in a half way ponytail never washed his hands and started working Ambiance: Highly disappointed the owner has not did anything but put up paper signage for things instead of professional notices. read more

Always love Lenny's subs. One of the very few places you can order and get a "hot off the grille" sub. All their vast selection of subs are great both cold or hot and there is plenty of room inside to eat at tables and for parking outside. Lenny's has an app and a rewards program as well. They claim they have the "best subs" and for me their my pick for the Shoals best Sub shop. Others are also good but few offer as wide a selection of meats and toppings as well as fresh "in-house" made bread. Lenny's is my favorite hot sub source, at least as of this dates review. read more

Stopped for lunch because it had only a couple reviews and they where all 5 stars. Felt it a duty to rate it to save you all from the bad food. Meat was dry, lacked flavor and small portion. Move on down the line and find something better, you will thank me in the end. read more

First of all let me say that I've been eating at Lenny's for years. The prior location in Muscle Shoals, AL was my go to for years. When the owner, Kendall passed away, his x wife/business partner took it over and tried to keep it afloat. After it closed, I began eating at the Florence, AL location. This became my once a week sandwich shop. They were always busy! Everything was great until the owner sold it in 2022. So fast forward to 2023. New owners purchased the franchise and opened it back up. The first 2 or 3 times in were great. The sandwiches were good, service was good. For the past 4 weeks, service has been horrible. Three weeks ago while eating my sandwich, 3 customers came in and waiting for about 8 minutes at the register. They looked at me and asked if anyone was here working. I got up, went to the kitchen door where I could see the 3 employees talking & laughing. I informed them they had customers out front. Two weeks ago, the lettuce on my sandwich was brown. I picked it off, ate and left. While visiting today, it took 13 minutes to receive my sandwich. They were not busy at all. I'm not sure what's going on but after today, I won't be back. The don't acknowledge you coming in or going out-it's almost like they are either miserable working there or just don't care. Not to mention, the tables need a good wipe down and the floor needs a good sweep and mopping. That would interfere with them standing around talking tho. I wish the owners luck as they are going to need it to survive in this day and age. read more

The only reason I'm giving this one star is because this is the only way to leave a review. I just Had the WORST experience ever at this location! I placed a call in order for two platters with specific instructions of no bacon on one 6 HOURS PRIOR to needing to pick them up. When I saw The error, I went Back in to ask the manager about the error and if they could correct it. Her excuse was, " oh we got busy and just went ahead and put it on there!" Excuse me??? And left it as that without offering to correct my order. Then when I asked If they could be remade she instructed the employee to just take the bacon off to solve the issue with an attitude. The manger named Kaitlyn then gave me the money back and dropped my change. Another older lady named Kiersten with glasses who works in the back then proceeded to come from the back cursing at me to leave the store and yelled back to the manager, "I am about to kill this bitch!" Referring to me! Charges will be pursued against this worker for threatening me all because THEY messed up my order and I will Be in contact with the owner to ensure no other customer will be treated this way! read more
