We had fun on our 3 hour rental period overall, but the return process was a nightmare. They charged $600 for a deposit on our credit card, but after returning the scooter the same as we got it, they never processed our deposit to be returned. We had to call multiple times and in the end (about a few weeks later), the owner had to cut us a check for it. Very shady. Also, the rental period was 3 hours, but the safety review and training period they do in the beginning counts towards it.
