3/5. Some Staff was nice sometimes and others were very irritable and even rude. They would not allow new customers after 9:50pm even though we were just buying the thc drink and they only allowed customers that were already inside to finish purchases. It looks nice and they have a good inventory but I will be going elsewhere because of their staff. read more

While there was much ado about the opening of a cannabis store. The ado was about nothing. It's black glass door is easily missed. The stor inside is clean and well designed. The help there is very knowledgeable and with no pressure. Legal weed is a new thing for me and Chris was well informed and sold me the right product. read more

I stopped by to check out the "NYC Licensed" dispensary and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They scan your ID which keeps you in their system so you don't have to show your ID when you come back. They have a lot of options to choose from...but most of their 8ths are $50+. The inside is nice and has an elevated look but I was not the biggest fan of the checkout experience. They charge you more than what you owe and give you the money back in cash. There was also an extra tax that you won't get at other dispensaries or smoke shops. My advice is to bring cash and expect to spend more than you would at other shops. read more

I absolutely love everyone who works here. The budtenders are so personable and kind. For my birthday the owner was so sweet and gifted me edibles! they always give treats to my dog when we go in. Everyone is super knowledgeable on what I should get based on what I want to feel (typically inspiration for my paintings) . read more

Several months later, I can still say this is my favorite dispensary in the city. They have the best strains/flavors within each brand, and that also carries over to their deals. They've handled the growth way better than other places: hiring the right number of people & modifying the order process so there's never a huge wait for pickup orders. Also still the only place with budtenders that remind me of California. They've done some renovation to add more displays and everything still fits within a relatively small space. Definitely check out their drops if you want something on par with the cost of a beer, and as I said the specials too. I got a 1g cart on special for ~20 bucks and it's one of the best I've had in a while. read more

Most weed is outdated and about to expire and a lot of stuff is overpriced $50 for weed grown outdoors is crazy

Honestly, most the weed in NYC is decent but overpriced. Sales guy lowkey tried to press me into buying a 495$ cannigar, and it was slightly awkward. Like "no, broski. Im in the 25/50$ range". read more

This dispensary, just a few blocks, stocks all of the great products that the larger dispensaries in different parts of town provide. The reason for taking off one star is that their prices are modestly higher than the larger dispensaries. I understand that they may have to pay more for rent and appreciate the convenience of shopping locally, so the benefits of this place far outweigh the extra six dollars or so per purchase. read more

- my 3rd and last visit at Lenox Hill Dispensary - prior 2 visits were a pleasant experience but today, 11/19/24 not so - the 'front door person' I did not notice as I walked in - been at this location twice before, morning shortly after shop opened for the day - no person at the front door then - perhaps sun blinded after walking in today, honest mistake - I was scolded by front door person, You Don't Walk by me without showing ID - Of course I apologized and the received acknowledgement was again the Do Not walk by me scolding - I thanked this guy for his time and for him being pleasant - there is another dispensary near where Mattress Firm used to be on First and 61st - much better shopping experience without the negative scolding - at 70 assumed I have aged out of being publicly shamed - Sales associated at Lenox Hill friendly and professional - not this front door person - read more
