Other than that,I highly recommend this tour! It was a surprise birthday outting for my mother & she enjoyed every moment of it. Greeted as soon as they opened the door by Laila who was excellent in making sure we were having a good time & entertaining us with her beautiful voice. Humberto was an excellent server who as well pointed out our table where we would sit. He let us know what each tea was he served as well as being helpful with anything else we may have needed. The food was excellent. There are 2 packages to choose from & the lux gave you items such as cucumber sandwiches, lobster rolls,scones & alot of other items. The tour lasted about an hour & half. Laila let us know about popular areas we passed & gave us history on buildings such as St Patrick's church. This is a MUST to do once in your life!

Giving two stars because I gave tea around town Chicago 2 tries and both times disappointed me for…read moredifferent reasons. I decided to give them the second try, after seeing them featured in March on a WGN Around Town segment by my Fav Anna B. who asked ALL the right questions. I then learned exactly how abbreviated my tour was when they traveled to Museum Campus, featuring some of the Best Views of Chicago's Skyline. 1. Feb 2026 event, the bus was decorated inside with Fall Foliage and colors, instead of the advertised pink/white tea party vibe. Tour started about 40 minutes late, waiting on guests to arrive and some still never showed. During the tour, the bus stalled, completely shut down at least three times, further abbreviating the tour. We didn't receive the correct number of tea tastings advertised and we weren't offered honey or sweeteners. The bus abruptly returned to home base early to avoid shutting down again. Tour Team was engaging, entertaining, knowledgeable of the city, and amazing! Truly tried to make the best of a bad situation. 2. May 2026 event, received an email that the tour would be delayed, less than an hour before the scheduled departure. Bus was beautifully decorated and the Tour Team was incredible. We came prepared this time with fresh lemon, honey sticks, and jars. Very noticeable when we arrived, no souvenir cups. Teas were served in white paper cups which prompted me to ask if they would have the souvenir boxes at the end of the tour for our leftovers. No cute souvenir boxes either. Still didn't get what we paid for which is disappointing. I believe we did get the entire tour this time and we came prepared with our own extras. Not sure if other cities have better success but Chicago may need to press pause, work out the kinks, and come back strong in true CHICAGO form!

For the amount we paid, could have rented our own bus and taken ourselves and made our own reservations at each place. There's a reason you can't leave google reviews. Also there is a "host" that was supposed to be at each winery. This one person was with multiple groups, very nice but we had to keep asking what the plan was. We had no one go over the wines, maybe briefly at the second winery. At the cider place had the guy that worked there go over it in under 60 seconds. Its not the people working, its the organizer. This was a family trip celebrating and it was just embaressing. Poor execution, DO NOT RECOMMEND. The pictures of happy groups/people are absolutely cherry picked to make the experience seem more than it actually is.

Having spent most of my earlier years in California, I can attest to the quality of their selection. I came in most recently to purchase a gift for a holiday gift exchange party. Not only is the product great, but the packaging also is something to write home about - especially being a packaging designer. The service is always super casual and friendly - just how I like it. And if you're shopping here, I can say it's probably your vibe. It gets busy - so I usually come in before 3pm during the weekdays. You may run into a line especially around the holidays.
