Once the battery did not appear to take a charge I put my working cartridge in and after a series of button presses realized it did not work. I went out and came home to my cartridge being burst and leaking inside the battery. I called and explained what happened and asked for a replacement. Once I was able to come back the owner but a cartridge in and blew smoke to prove it worked. But then was neither willing to exchange or even take ownership for the fact that his battery broke my cartridge. Not to mention the battery I got before also broke. Loved this dispo for a long time because they let you pay card on delivery and they had fair prices…read moreand deals. It started to unravel when sometimes on later deliveries I'd get a call 5/10 minutes away from delivery and they'd need cash or zelle and can't take the terminal payment. This is annoying because as a Chime user I don't have access to Zelle, and it was always last minute to have to run and find an ATM to have the total. This was frustrating, but between my partner and I we'd figure it out and get them transferred. Second to last time they came, we zelled the total (which included the tip) and then felt shaken down for additional tip as the driver said the owner or manager or someone was gonna get the tip and not him and so I should Zelle him directly. But after we'd already paid. So I did that despite that meaning I tipped twice because I felt bad. Also the driver literally said he was waiting for it to go through and stood at my door until I did in fact clear the tip transfer to his personal account. Today they arrived and informed me they no longer offer the pay card on delivery service and I had to Zelle them. Their website still states card on delivery is fine, it is still an active option. If they are no longer offering it they need to remove it as an option as at this point this is completely unacceptable and a fraudulent way to conduct business. Additionally, every single time we've Zelle'd them it has been to a different number. It is never the same person. I don't feel safe constantly adding people and Zelle-ing someone new. Lesson learned, another great dispensary bites the dust. RIP. **Edit: I went from the benefit of the doubt two star rating to a one star. Rather predictably, there was an issue with the Zelle processing and after we paid I went into a meeting and went on do not disturb. The driver called 7-10 times repetitively in that time, and as I exited my meeting in midtown I started getting repetitive calls to my door buzzer. An hour and a half after they delivered their driver started calling me and harassed me on my personal number AND turned back up to my home. Unacceptable no matter the reason. After seeing all this phone activity my partner checked their Zelle and noticed the bank had a hold on the funds because they thought it was a fraudulent transfer due to account activity on the receiving party's end. They confirmed the transfer and the money went through and the delivery driver finally left my apartment nearly two hours after the delivery had been completed. Absurdity for a legal dispensary. This guy called that many times and not once left a voicemail message nor texted what the issue was. This was harassment plain and simple. This is 2013 scumbag dealer behavior and this was scary experience for me and a completely embarrassing way to conduct business for this dispo. Not once did Midnight Moon themselves call me from their number, nor reach out to me. I have rewards. Y'all have my email and phone number. The driver Ram Melo (or as the phone is registered), instead harassed and returned to my home with threatening behavior hours after delivery. Absolutely avoid as this was unacceptable behavior.
