The girl who did my test was soooo sweet and so thorough. She took her time and made sure to cover everything the doctor needed her too. She said it can take 48hrs-7 days about... They read it a day later and sent it to my doctor. I was anxious on my results and my doctors office was closed all weekend. I called to see if I could pick up the results and again the girl I spoke with was so so sweet and I went right in and picked them up. Would come back here again if needed.

Although it was a little bit if a drive, it was easy to find. There was plenty of parking which is good. When I entered, the woman behind the desk prompted me to sit down but the waiting room waa PACKED!!!! Like totally full!!!! Being immunocompromised and Covid still being a big part of life, i told her I didnt feel comfortable and asked if I could wait in my care. The woman was a little rude about it at first but then I just gave her my cell phone number and walked out. A minute later my phone rang. It was a different woman who apologized to me and then emailed me my paperwork to do on my phone. She informed me that the technician would call my cell phone when it was my time. A little while later, like 15 minutes, karen, the technician called me. I entered through the side entrance so I didnt have to walk through the packed waiting room. The sonogram room was clean and had a nice picture on the ceiling above the exam table area. Karen was an excellent technician and talked me through everything. It was overally a good experience other than my initial impression of the waiting room and first interaction with the woman behind the test. I do recommend this location however if you are immunocompromised maybe just plan to wait in your car.

The nurse, anesthesiologist, and the assistant were all so, patient, kind, and empathetic, which put me immediately at ease. I would highly recommend this office, to anyone that is fearful of MRI's. From the moment we approached the desk, they were rude, dismissive, and had clear attitudes, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. There was no courtesy, patience, or professionalism shown--basic customer service was completely lacking. In a medical setting, patients deserve to be treated with respect, not attitude. I hope management addresses this issue because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire facility. I will not be taking my mother to this place again very unprofessional.
