There was no courtesy, patience, or professionalism shown--basic customer service was completely lacking. In a medical setting, patients deserve to be treated with respect, not attitude. I was charged a $25 fee, but it was well worth it. This is because Google says that AI-assisted screenings could detect cancers that radiologists might have missed. I hope that my review has helped at least one person today!

They were showing a docu of penguins while I was in the waiting room - nice and calming! Until it was switched to the US Open. I'd prefer the penguin channel if I'm being honest! My only complaint would be the wait time - I was taken in almost 40 min past my appointment time. I understand things happen and offices get busy, but it's hard when you have small children/etc. Deirdre was a pro at placing the port (needed contrast for this exam, ugh) and was Leah running the CT. Both super sweet, made me feel calm and at ease. So professional and kind. Alicia running the front also excellent - no complaints on the care here, it was top notch. If I need further imaging in the future, I'd without a doubt return to Zwanger.

ZP Rad has locations throughout Long Island, you call a main number and tell them what you need done from your Dr's prescription and they will direct you to the nearest location with an appointment for your testing. Another reason I like them is that they keep a portal you can assess on the web of all your tests they have done, and usually within a few days if now hours your results are posted for your viewing. If you need to see a radiology site for tests I highly recommend them. Ciao

I had no issues at all with any staff or technician. They were all pleasant, courteous and professional. I have had ringing in my ears and pain for 10 days. I am extemely upset because I have gone to an ENT twice now, but no remedy seems to be helping. I put my trust in the technicain that my ears would be protected and they were not. I feel that more care should have been administered in making sure the ear plugs were inserted correctly, since headphones could not be used.
