Booked an appointment with their optometrist 5 weeks ago.Showed up for appointment and there was a lady in front of me checking in.She was told that her appointment had been canceled and that they tried to contact her via call text and email. I said to myself that sucks as she left the store.I stepped up and said I was there for my appointment and guess what,yep I got the same treatment. I had my shades repaired. I call the store to see if they were ready before I made the 45 min trip to Goldsboro NC. I was told very arrogantly if I received a text they were in the store I asked again please check he assured me they were in the store. I made this call at 1605. Once I arrived at 1800 made contact with Rodston he started searching for my Oakley Two Face. He found the lens not the frames, he asked me for my frames told him you'll have my frames. He stated all they sent us was the lens. Mistakes happen that's not the problem. The problem is when a customer calls and ask you to check because they are coming 45 mins away get off your lazy butt and check. This all could've been avoided if someone had checked for me like I asked. Customer service is a thing of the pass for this very reason. Laziness! read more

I am only leaving one star bc you have to leave at least one. They messed up on my first prescription so I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix. Went in to get them and my original pair were not in the case. Bradley was extremely rude. Ask me why did I leave my original pair, I told him bc I wanted them back in case something happened to the new pair. He snatched the one pair from me and threw them in the trash and walked away! Then he did not give me my prescription back! I am also calling the BBB , terrible, incapable ppl!! read more

Terrible service. Sarah was not helpful and always give you the attitude that she doesn't care, and just don't want to be bothered. We waited for a long time and even have one customer who came in late and got served before we did. My sister went there for a glasses, they made a really thick lens with one of the lens looks like the edge has been melted. (She does requires a prescription with higher power) but Sarah didn't think it is an issue at all and kinda blame my sister for her bad vision. First impression is lasting but business practice at this specific LensCrafter location is questionable - prices changed 3x's after pulling insurance and blamed it was a computer error after being called-out multiple times with hidden up-charges. Requested print-out with specific fees - per rep, "they could not provide that to me." Just the total amount due which changed dramatically from $500, to $300, then finally $109.00. *URGENT: Know your policy coverage - meaning bring your personal insurance coverage because prices seems to change after "manager" haggle prices after personally showing what coverage your policy has and what they are no deducting. I normally don't write reviews...however my service was so bad ...they messed up my glasses twice and the coating that I payed extra for has lifted off of my glasses for the third time ...I will never go back to lens crafters again !!!
