It's a new year, which means it's time for a new pair of glasses! Last year, I had such a great experience at Natomas LensCrafters, that I knew right away this is where I would be returning. I wanted to pick up the second generation of the Meta Ray-Ban Wayfair's, because I hear they have better battery life, and a better camera. Because my prescription is still current, I didn't have to do another eye check, initially I worked with Solomon to secure a pair of the new cosmic blue ones. Though after sleeping on it, I decided the next day to change my selection back to the matte black. Had a few minor hiccups on Metas side; not LensCrafter, with the quality control of their frames. However Brian stepped in as before and did everything possible to present alternative solutions, he provide me with detailed information and keep me up to date during the whole time. Brian is truly knowledgeable, very professional and the only person I put my trust in when it comes to picking out the perfect pair of glasses for me. They've earned my business and I now recommend my friends and family to visit this location for great customer service, support and care. read more

A year ago I highly recommended this business. When I came back this year, I had a great experience with the doctor and a horrible experience with the rest of the staff. The doctor recommended that I get cataract surgery and supposedly wrote a referral for me. After three or four weeks of calling every single day to find out where the referral was and then sending me old referrals from a year before, I finally got my referral on the 23rd. The referral was dated the 22nd. My original appointment was on the first. That means that for three weeks, they lied to me every single day when I called them and they told me that they had sent the referral. They literally did it on the 22nd and sent it out on the 23rd. In the meantime, I couldn't see out of my left eye for those three weeks, that my surgery was delayed. The reason that I'm giving these guys two stars is that when I was very upset, thinking that I was going blind the doctor was very sweet and hugged me and reassured me that everything was gonna be fine. All I needed was surgery. I just wish that my discomfort and inability to see correctly was a little bit more urgent on their end instead of waiting three weeks to finally come up with a referral after lying to me for all that time. I no longer recommend this place. The staff needs a lot more training. The professionalism in this office just doesn't exist. I recommend you go someplace else. read more

This isn't my optometrist place but I was in the area and needed my nose pads replaced ASAP. A lady with red hair named Lauren (or Laura I'm sorry I'm horrible with names) welcomed me in and was so nice and so sweet to me! Horrible experience took 3 tries to get my glasses correct. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses: 1 pair for reading and another pair of sunglasses for driving. I have dual vision coverage and order the same brand I always have worn and ordered. The 2 pairs cost me over $900.00, I could have gone to an independent location and not have had to pay that much! 1st time the representative did not even listen to my instructions nor pay attention to my prescription. Both sets of glasses were not correct. The second time they were not correct and when it was discovered that the Progressive portion of the prescription was not included, I was forced to pay over $300.00 in order for the glasses to be completed. Finally the reading glasses were ready and worked. The sunglasses were not correct or were damaged and had to be redone once again. The sunglasses prescription is still not to the quality that it should be. I will never return to lens crafters for any type of glasses read more

I wanted to start by saying thank you to Rick and Robert for going out of their way to help. I was in a situation where it was somewhat unique. I found out the product that was promised to me wasn't the one I expected, as a consumer you take the salespersons word because they're the professional. Unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen and that when you and the company shines, not in my case. So I went on Yelp and found this LensCrafters that has 5 stars, was a bit of a drive but it's worth the trip. Everyone was friendly, helpful and are truly excited about the work they do. They managed to correct the mistake that another LensCrafters made and it was super easy, their manager Rick was very helpful. And after everything was done Bethany and Jhovan made recommendations where to eat, Dim-Sum down the street Yue Huang and that also was amazing, these folks know their stuff, it might be a drive but it's all worth it. Visited here because my daughter recently had an eye checkup and was in need of glasses. When we walked in we were immediately greeted which I appreciated. I also let the sales people know that we were there to find a pair of glasses that best fit her. We weren't looking for anything extra or fancy. After looking at the prices I let the sales person know that we would be shipping other places, he insisted we still make a profile just in case we change our mind and came back. He failed to tell me that making a profile will lock my insurance to that place. So when I went to shop other places I was unable to purchase anywhere until they released my insurance from them. It was very frustrating since I felt like I was very upfront since I understand that they work on commission. But to purposely lock us in knowing we were shopping other places and then to have us waiting to unlock our insurance from this company was completely unfair to my daughter. I have to give 5 stats. Joaquin, the manager, is a rock star. I purchased a slightly pricey pair of glasses that continued to break. After going for "screw" replacement X2 at the larger store but the associate seemed to be upset doing the repair. And they broke again in 5 days.I decided to check out the one in my neighborhood. I was in and out in 15 minutes. My next purchase will be with them. The store was beautiful and everyone had a smile. The whole experience was great. Will post my next visit. Worst experience ever. I got a pair glasses here. As soon as I tried them one, I knew something was off. I could not see stuff as clearly as I'd like to. Very easy and fast to see an OD. Staff was cordial and efficient. Frames are pricey but they have all the good designer brands.

I stopped by LensCrafters in Natomas office to see if they had a part I needed and could install on my glasses fully expecting to pay for the service since I did not purchase my glasses there. They not only had the part and installed it, they would not let me pay for anything. They treated me first class and even tightened up and adjusted my eyeglasses.
