The owner came out and could not figure out why it was coming apart. Several month later a worker came out to fix it took one look at it and told me he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. Went to the store and owner Sean Rose told me it could not be fixed and the flooring had been discontinued. I asked for a copy of the lifetime garruntee the floor came with and was told it was probably 25 pages long and he would get the manufacturers rep to call me. Haven"t heard from him either. Not sure why the floor could not be fixed after it was installed but not 5 years later. Something about it might mess up the whole floor. Buyer beware. Calls are not returned and commitments not kept.

They have sections of the showroom floor (about 6x6 maybe?) done in different flooring, so you can see what it looks like better than just a plank. Handling of the order was without issues. I don't think they have their own installers, but they gave us a name (Elvis), and he couldn't have been better. They showed up on time, finished quickly, and without incident. Floor looked great. I might also add that the reason we went there in the first place, was because everyone we talked to in Tyler recommended them as the only place to go.

All I wanted was a call back; he could have said he didn't have time this week he'll do it next week. Or he just didn't want to do the job. Just man up,I found another firm to do the job and when finished I'll give them a grade. My opinion of this person and this company is very little, no communication, no BACKBONE!
