I made an appointment to meet someone from his business to give me a bid on my wood floors around…read more11 AM. I moved my 11 AM appointment to earlier. He called me at 10:30 or so. I had my phone off during my appointment. He got to my house around 10:45 but no one answered the door because I was at my other appointment that I moved to meet with him. I got there at 10:50 and he was already gone when I checked my phone and saw that he had tried to call me me. I called the phone that contacted me several times to no avail. I won't consider using them. Service never gets any better than the interview.

The owner came out and could not figure out why it was coming apart. Several month later a worker came out to fix it took one look at it and told me he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. Went to the store and owner Sean Rose told me it could not be fixed and the flooring had been discontinued. I asked for a copy of the lifetime garruntee the floor came with and was told it was probably 25 pages long and he would get the manufacturers rep to call me. Haven"t heard from him either. Not sure why the floor could not be fixed after it was installed but not 5 years later. Something about it might mess up the whole floor. Buyer beware. Calls are not returned and commitments not kept.

They understood the problems after our discussion…read more Express installed this system about 11 years ago and this was the first time any service was needed. I had already located the underground valves except the one that needed to be replaced. It took quite a bit of time to locate the bad valve even with their locator system. The service man was not sure why they had put the valve so far from the other valves. The original installers had placed the valve next to another pvc pipe which made it more difficult to replace. I had them replace 2 sprinkler heads and the rain sensor while they were here. The parts replaced, I looked up pricing on and around $160. The shock was the ridiculous $565 invoice. I paid them, but never again. Express is on my DO NOT CALL list.

We recently had them out to give an estimate for moving a sprinkler head about 15 feet and adding a sprinkler head to be located about 5 feet off of the main line. This would have been about a two hour job for them at most. They wanted almost $1,500.00! Our neighbor recently switched from them as well...for the same reason. Too bad; we really liked them.

Just man up,I found another firm to do the job and when finished I'll give them a grade. My opinion of this person and this company is very little, no communication, no BACKBONE! The initial contractor that was supposed to put in our screened porches and doors completely failed us. They were in the original build bid, but totally neglected and we were left with some scraggly old posts that were twisted and warped. We called Brad Jacobson, and he responded within two days, he showed up at our homes and we went over all of our options, he was very clear in all of the things we could expect and choose. There was a slight delay in materials showing up, but when wasn't there in 2022, but once everything arrived, things got rolling. The screened porches and doors are not only beautiful, they are strong and sturdy, they really work well keeping out all the little bugs as well as enhance the look of our home immensely. Now we can really enjoy our porches no matter what time of year, without any fear of mosquitoes or bees etc. Thank you Brad, I know it's been a couple of months since they were installed but we wanted to give them some time to see if anything would change. They also replaced three 30" x 84" picture windows in our living room that provides a great view of the screened porch. The week that the workers arrived was one of the hottest of the year with daily temperatures exceeding 105 degrees each day. In spite of the miserable weather conditions, the work was completed on time and the results were exceptional. The screened porch is beautiful and adds so much enjoyment now that cooler weather has arrived. (Our cat gives the room 10 stars.) We are very pleased with East Texas Elite Exteriors.
