He appraised some gold jewelry I brought it to sell. He carefully examined each piece and gave me very fair prices for everything. He was very meticulous in reviewing each piece. I wanted a cushion cut stone, so she was able to pull many different stones in my price range and I found one that I absolutely loved. The fact that I had to wait a few years for my fiancé to finally propose and receive my dream ring is beside the point. It was worth the wait! I live in California now, but she is still my jeweler of choice. Over the Christmas holiday I was in town and I came back to Rachel for a smaller project - shortening the chain of a delicate 14k gold necklace. She took the time to help me find the exact length I wanted it shortened and then she is shipping it back to me when it is completed. I took it to Lisa, Gabe, and Greg Barrows and they replaced the stone that fell out and even went above and beyond to make the prongs more sturdy so they won't fall out again! On top of that in my ring there were also 4 pieces of silver that osterman painted to make it look like a black stone and the Barrows replaced those with real stones. So for 5 stones I believe I got the deal of the century! I highly recommend Barrows jewelers! If you need anything fixed I would definitely go to them.
