However -- whenever I risk booking with ANY other technician, the experience is always lackluster. I've had technicians awkwardly squabble over who 'has' to do my nails. I've had technicians rip into my cuticles so hard they bleed. When I went in recently for a gel manicure soak-off, they just haphazardly dipped my fingers in acetone and sent me on my way. My nails looked awful and my skin peeled for days afterward, to the point where my hands looked diseased. I personally won't come back here unless I'm specifically booking with Phoebe, who really is amazing.

My nails are also very sore. Got a pedicure too and they did not cut my cuticles. Felt like a half assed job and super rushed. Will not be returning.
