Their nail techs need proper training in shellac removal, nail preparation, shaping, and polish application. I had to tell my nail tech how to shape my nails so that they were even. She used the drill on the highest setting to remove my previous shellac which led to my nails BURNING under the UV light. I could not even let her finish applying a top coat because of how BAD it burned. I am so disappointed and my nails STILL burn. This is unacceptable considering I spend my hard earned money to get a decent manicure. I still paid and tipped because I know this is peoples livelihood but I will not be back and you all should know if your nail tech is experienced or not.
