We arrived about an hour and a half before they closed and the manager told us to come back in 30 minutes because there were only 2 techs left for the night. I'm very grateful they squeezed us in as walk-ins without having made an appointment. The manager's husband ended up chatting with us for about 20 minutes while we were waiting and he was so sweet! Our pedicures themselves were good. I got gel on my toes and we both got the Classic Pedicure. The nail polish was neat and clean and hasn't peeled yet. The pedicure itself (not including polish) only lasted 15 minutes which was a little disappointing after waiting so long. Maybe they were rushing because at that point it was about 30 mins to close, but I would've appreciated some more time for the actual service. My concern is with the environment at the Canton Nail Salon. Since my technician began working there, I have witnessed behavior that I believe is inappropriate. Despite my technician bringing concerns to the owner's attention, nothing appears to have changed. On one occasion, I personally observed a male employee, who I understand is the owner's cousin, rubbing a technician's bare shoulders while commenting that she "felt cool." The technician immediately responded, "I'm married." The interaction made me very uncomfortable to witness. I considered speaking directly with the owner, but I was concerned that doing so might lead to negative consequences for the technician or other employees. I hope management takes concerns like these seriously and provides a workplace where all employees feel respected and comfortable.

We brought it up and were told they wipe the chairs every time. This was black nail polish that clearly came from the seats. We had just gotten dressed and headed straight there. I am home and tried everything to remove it including nail polish remover and it didn't come out. The skirt was new and now l've wasted $60 on skirt and the $55 on pedicure. I am clearly in the negative. The right thing would have been to pay to clean and or replace the skirt. My husband's technician didn't file his nails and they are all Crooked.
