This was, I believe, intentionally misleading and is a complete scam. The membership provides you with exactly nothing of value, as it turns out. Service guy shows up and had the audacity to say that our membership got us a discount on the boiler service for a grand total of $595, which is CRIMINAL! They claim the normal price is $700 - for an hour and a half work and maybe a filter. The previous year, with no membership, we paid the same company $350 for the exact same service. The year before, we had a membership and the service was included. They of course never bothered to tell us the membership no longer included it, nor that their price had doubled until after they were done. I am really upset and sincerely disgusted. We were completely taken advantage of and I hope you read my words and don't let them do the same to you. Please shop around and don't let these guys rob you of your hard-earned money like we did.
