I live in a colonial, so the second floor gets hot, if we don't run the AC it is so uncomfortable we don't get a great nights sleep, and my wife and our brand new puppy keep me up. When I called the office, I received a professional greeting from Liz and was transferred to the service manager Scott. It was like I had been a customer for many years, but this was my first call to Royal Class service. From the time I got onto the phone to the time the tech arrived was no longer than 3 to 4 hours. Ryan was thorough, professional, organized, clean and even wore booties in the house. He stayed until the problem was fixed and gave me a follow up call that evening. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a frustrating time with a Family and a puppy who just needs to-be COOLED off. Thank you again for all you did and I'll see you on the next service which is scheduled. Congrats to the entire team for doing the right thing and giving me faith in local contractors. Royal Class (maybe should be spelled differently) sent a man to "analyse" the problem. It coast $150 for the visit in which the guy said we would have to sign on to a one-year maintenance subscription with them for $500+. Then they could do a diagnostic for..."probably around $350 with the 15% diacount." Otherwise the job would be well over $500, The technician had never replace this part. We then called Rycor in New Paltz and they sent a man who put the part in for $150. One hour's work-- and its working fine. This is a subscription SCAM. Many plumber and electrician places are doing this. They have a call center that relays your problem. Not many plumbers (but probably lots of MBAs:}.

Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Him & Wyatt had me relieved to know that everything would be taken care of promptly . Thanks to all the staff and technicians at T Webber. You guys Rock!!!

Being a 25 year old compressor, it seemed that I was going to need a new part and labor or a new machine. However, he further looked into the issue and had actually noticed whomever did the wiring in the past actually incorrectly wired it. So he followed their wiring, fixed it in the thermostat and instantly my coolant was entering the pipes. He could have charged me for a new machine or labor to fix the valve which would have cost the same but he was not only honest but worked hard to find me a solution that saved me 1300 dollars.
