I am just not happy with…read moreBWW in Beaverton, but two things will make me give up the search for a better sports bar...1) the size of the TV's. 2) Service, while being inconsistent, they actually come to your table to take orders. When I entered Bleachers, I sat at a table directly across from the bar. The female bartender seemed to act like I had to go to the bar to order my beverage and get a menu. She did tell me about the $2.00 Taco Tuesday promotion, but I was in the sandwich mode. I am not a fan of the bartender eating in front of customers, but that is what Bleachers is...basically a dive. The poker machines, or whatever they are, were all full. The bartender told me the Chicken Tortilla hot was not spicy so it seemed like a good choice with my Patty Melt. It was okay. I ate about 1/2 of it. The Patty Melt was loaded with onions, which typically is not a bad thing...but I couldn't taste the cheese, 1000 dressing or even the burger. It was at least served on rye bread. The thing that I noticed was that at least three people came up to the bar with an empty glass, wanting another. Two corrections...get the bartender in the restaurant as well to take orders and check on her clientele or add a server to take orders. I guarantee sales would increase, or maybe they are in the sales prevention program. Service was non existent and food was just okay. I will not be back.

I had the nachos, which came out as a generous portion loaded with toppings and a grilled pepper on top. Delicious and easily shareable. Staff was friendly and the service was great throughout. They have Apple TV via Dish, which works well for catching games. They also host our Timbers/Thorns supporters group and always make us feel welcome. Definitely recommend checking it out.

The bar has been open barely a year, yet somehow managed to hire staff who treat the space like their personal kingdom instead of a public establishment. One bartender in particular seems incapable of separating personal feelings from professional conduct. something that has followed her around Tigard for decades. locals will most likely recognize a pattern of pettiness, inconsistent service, and customers being 86'd not for behavior, but for existing in a way that bruises an ego. Management may want to take a closer look at who they've put behind the bar. Because when staff behavior feels immature, jealous, and wildly unprofessional, it reflects poorly on a business that's still trying to build a reputation.

We grabbed seats at the bar and ordered a pour of Weller along with a bacon Old Fashioned for me. The Weller, of course, speaks for itself, but the bacon Old Fashioned was the real standout. The bacon-washed flavor came through beautifully without being overpowering, and since it featured one of my favorite whiskeys, it was an instant win. The candied bacon garnish was literally the cherry on top.We also ordered a generous plate of onion rings, which came out freshly fried and perfectly crunchy. Service was solid, and the pricing felt like a steal ,especially considering the quality of the drinks.

We had the Mozzarella Cheese sticks to start with, and they were scrumptious. We also enjoyed the Underwood Pinot Noir. Our daughter had a beautiful Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado Wrap with Tator Tots. (The tots were phenomenal) I had a craving for the Chicken Fried Steak. It was very good, but the gravy was a but pasty...possibly too much flour. It was still quite good. I had the french fries instead of the mashed potatoes and vegetables. They were perfectly seasoned and crisp and hot. Again, Tabatha made the evening. She is so positive and friendly and is always smiling. We will be back sooner than we have been.

Right off the bat I knew I'd enjoy it because there were TV's everywhere! Grabbed a seat at the bar, which was pretty active. Before I begin, I've gotta say the bartender, Lincoln (I think she goes by Linc) was fantastic. She was not only handling the bar but the entire restaurant! She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to everyone, pretty amazing in itself. Linc recommended a local draft, RPM IPA, which was awesome. For dinner she quickly recommended the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich, which I agreed to. Kickin' Chicken is a must try if you visit this place. Super tasty, moist and not overwhelming with heat. Amazing sandwich and perfect size. It comes with potato wedge fries that are also really good.

The atmosphere was always fun, the food was decent, and the service was great. Something has changed, and it is very noticeable. Service has been very slow (almost nonexistent really) for the last few months. We are constantly asking and left waiting for drink refills (even the water carafes left at the tables), checks are not being split correctly, and ticket times on food are pushing 30+ minutes for a cup of French Onion soup. It doesn't feel like the same bar anymore. We are definitely coming only for the trivia. We miss Jules!
