Anyone can buy a beer/cider anywhere, the difference is the atmosphere, the people who work there and the vibe. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love this place. The experience is always A+. This is your friendly home town place. Brought my kids here today- always welcomed with open arms. Drinks are great, vibes are on point. You want a place to go- this is your place.

Great place to come watch a game! Felt like Cheers where everyone knows your name. I am not a beer drinker but they had a great selection of local wines - got the Pinot noir and the charcuterie cup they have . Delicious and beautiful presentation. You can order dinner as well from the places next door - convenient and easy !

We absolutely love and appreciate this community. Weekly trivia, the run club, quarterly cook offs, and industry events Cascadia Taphouse is the place to be.

    My beautiful green beer

Stopped in here on St. Patrick's day to see if they would have the green beer- was NOT disappointed!!! I was helped by Tristan, who truly went above and beyond for ensuring a good customer experience, and look at how cute the green beer is? I enjoyed a green Mexican lager, but it was hard to choose from the wide selection of beers they had here! Cute spot, highly recommend

    Cheers!

Y'all!!!! This place is 100% one of the best taphouses I've ever been to! And being a world traveler for a living I go to a lot. Don't walk! RUN to this place and say hi to Gillian and the owner Rich. Their hospitality and beers are amazing. Definitely will be back!

Lots of beers on tap and always flowing.

Great place for beers, super-friendly staff who are attentive to your consumption needs and knowledgeable about beers and ciders they serve. It's a must visit if you haven't been yet!

We had a couple of flights and a couple of the beers just weren't very good. They were either too carbonated or two watery. I feel like it's the job of the taphouse to really curate their selection so that anything you have is going to be of quality. It's hit or miss here, so it's great that they have a flight of 5 ounce pours so you can sample and see what's good. I'm shocked that they let you bring in your own food because we ended up staying a long time and not necessarily drinking very much. We did a potluck and so we had our food spread out all over the table and sat there and had a family feast, and then each person just had one or two drinks or a flight. So they didn't necessarily make a lot of money on us. Will definitely be back though, and I appreciate that they let you bring in your own food! Thank you Wildwood!

It was a little loud since it's right next to the parking lot, so you could hear the cars. Obviously it is out of the restaurant's control, but we did have a few yellow jackets trying to get our pizza which made us move inside. The pizza was great! We all agreed it had the perfect style of crust and I loved their basil styled ranch! We added chicken to the pesto pizza and I think it elevated it in the perfect way. The salami pizza had more of a kick than we were expecting, but it wasn't too spicy to take away from it. It was really good! If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely come back!

Definitely something unique to try. The pizza itself was actually very good. I love the perfectly crispy crust with the gooey cheese. Every bite was delicious. I love that they have indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking too. Service was fine, nothing special as I had my slice delivered to my table. You have to bus your own table afterwards. They have one or two TVs to watch the game on. Plenty of tables for small and large groups. A couple of minor things to note. T-Mobile had almost no coverage in this area so I couldn't really use my cell phone. I saw they had WiFi and went looking for the password and it's not listed anywhere. You have to specifically ask for it from one of the staff. Once I got it the WiFi itself was dead. You could connect but that was about it. I gave up. It did take away from my experience as I like to catch on news while I'm having lunch. Aside from the WiFi issue, I definitely want to come back to try their other pizzas.

[Format & Space] Seat yourself*, review the menus at the table, order at the bar, they bring your food and drinks to your table. *Plenty of tables, some with long benches, others with chairs on the inside. There's also a large patio. This is a welcome and safe space. [Drinks] Right up front, I'm going to tell you I'm a lightweight. I'm allergic to alcohol, so I don't drink often. Here's one of the things I love about The 649. They have a fantastic selection of mocktails that are created with the same creativity, flair, and intention as a "leaded" cocktail. I appreciate that I get to participate and not be stuck with a lemonade, zero alcohol beer, or wine. So, HUZZAH for creating an inviting space for a non-drinker! There *are* times when I'm willing to risk the lobster-bod, itchiness, and stuffy nose and there are plenty of cocktails from which to choose! [Food] There's a nice selection of sharable plates and mains. I've personally tried the flatbread pizza, Bavarian pretzel, Cubano, and Brisket Press, all of which were delish. [Service] The service has always been fabulous. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. [Activities] There are a few TVs around the bar with sports. It was a great place to catch some of the World Cup games. Additionally, there are several games that you can borrow and play, which is a lot of fun. [Location] Tucked in a busy shopping center with Safeway as an anchor. Parking hasn't been super problematic yet, but based on one of the other reviewers (Ron R - loved your formatting too, so I borrowed it until we get rich text formatting or emojis!) I can see where it could be a challenge.

Because it's somewhat hidden in the corner of a Safeway shopping plaza. Look for the Baskin Robbins or Wells Fargo ATM and your find it. Like other reviews, when busy, parking can be a bit horrendous. But in hindsight, I'm not gonna reduce a star just because of location. * Bar Food Menu & Dining * Their menu starts with shareable bites, like a pretzel, tacos, quesadilla, loaded nachos, and even a charcuterie plate. Slightly larger dishes would be their Cubano and Brisket Press sandwiches. They even have a few choices for soup and salads, and a couple of dessert items listed. Don't forget to check the chalkboard next to the bar for specialty dishes and drinks. As for dining-in, they've got sturdy wooden tables that can accommodate 4-8 people. Bar stools by the windows, and a fairly large outside patio area. And with the times I've been here, I've never seen a dirty table. Very well maintained (two thumbs up). A few TV monitors showing the game, but its not like a noisy sportsbar. * Drinks & Services* You've got your choice of craft beers that rotate like a standard tap room. They also have tasty seasonal cocktails, but their normal everyday cocktails are just as good. And if you're gonna have a charcuterie board, then you've got to offer a wine list option right? Well they got that too! One last thing to mention, they've got some top-shelf bourbon and whiskey. The 649 is a bar that offers it all! Service has also been welcoming and top-notch. I recall only been served by Rich, Steven, and Crystal, but they always seem to craft up some lovely cocktails. Or deliver some clean tasting everyday type of bar food as well. * Last Call * Normally in my reviews, I'd list every item that I've tried, with price included. But The 649 is such a unique type of bar experience that I feel you should try for yourself; To me, their offerings are reasonably priced. Dining in is nothing fancy, but service is excellent. It's a great hangout for a business date, of even after a first date. I've got nothing but love for local support!

We stopped by on a free bingo night and had an absolute blast. The service was great, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the whole place had an easygoing, welcoming vibe. Their beer lineup is solid with plenty of Three Mugs brews, and they also offer kombucha, cider, and at least one wine option, so there's something for everyone. The food menu is classic bar fare--sandwiches, burgers, and other comfort bites--but everything we tried was delicious. There's plenty of seating, tons of parking, and since it's in a strip mall, there are other shops nearby as well. I especially love that they showcase local artists' work throughout the space, and the outdoor seating area is perfect on warm, sunny days. Three Mugs has long been my go-to brewery after work, and this Beaverton expansion is a welcome upgrade. With more space, a relaxed atmosphere, TVs for catching a game, and fun events like trivia, it's quickly becoming a new favorite. Whether you want to grab a table or sit right up at the bar, it's an all-around great place to hang out. Cheers to the new location!
