I've worked with Garrett and he's been great. Very helpful and actually seems concerned for my well-ring. I don't feel like I'm wading through a big machine. They've got a mobile application which is really nice to use. Also, they actually send you a check for when you car depreciates because of an accident. Other companies make your request it and it normally fails. I'd strongly recommend these guys for sure.

I spoke with Colin, who provided me with a quote for the new vehicle. I asked him to email the quote to me, but he explained that due to a system change, he was unable to send the email at that time. He advised me to call back the next day to move forward with the process and assured me that he would leave detailed notes about our conversation, including the quote he provided. When I called back the next day, I spoke with Marisa Litavis, and unfortunately, she seemed completely unaware of the conversation I had with Colin. Instead of professionally reviewing the situation, she made an inappropriate comment along the lines of "you know men do not give details," and also made additional comments about Colin's work ethic that I should not have been privy to as a customer. That was extremely unprofessional. Marisa then gave me a new quote for the vehicle, but the amount was over $100 more per month than what Colin had quoted me the day before. When I questioned why the amount was so different, she stated that they were doing system upgrades and said she would double-check and call me back. When she called back, she told me that the higher amount was the new price and that Colin's quote was incorrect. Because of the drastic difference in price, I let Marisa know that I would be shopping around for more affordable insurance. I ended up finding a new policy for both my home and auto insurance with another large company. Not only was the new company able to offer me better coverage, but the price was also much more affordable than what I was being quoted through Steve Cannon State Farm. Since the State Farm office was already closed by the time I secured my new policy, I waited until the next morning to call and cancel my existing policies. When I called, I spoke with Marisa again and informed her that I wanted to cancel because I had found better and more affordable insurance. Her tone and attitude toward me were extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I felt mistreated and disrespected, and honestly, the way I was spoken to made me feel like I was being treated unfairly as a Black customer. Marisa told me she would cancel the policies and that I should receive cancellation information. Because of how poorly the conversation was going, I told her I preferred to stay on the line until I received confirmation. She rudely told me to "hold." Once she came back on the line, I was able to confirm that I received the cancellation information. However, while I was still speaking, Marisa abruptly said "okay, bye" and hung up while I was mid-sentence. I called back and told her that she had hung up on me while I was speaking. She denied it and became argumentative. She also stated that she wanted the rate and company information for my new insurer, but at that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing that discussion. I told her directly that her behavior was rude and unprofessional. I have had my home and two vehicles insured through this State Farm location since I purchased my home in January 2021. As a long-term customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect, professionalism, and fairness. Instead, I was met with inconsistent quote information, inappropriate comments about another employee, a lack of accountability, and extremely poor customer service when I decided to move my policies elsewhere. I used to think highly of State Farm as a brand, so this experience was very disappointing. I truly hope State Farm does not condone this type of behavior from any office representing its name. It is unfortunate that this location gave me such a negative final experience after years of being a customer. Steve Cannon State Farm needs to do better. Customers should be treated fairly and respectfully, even when they choose to make the best financial decision for their household. No customer should feel mistreated, dismissed, or disrespected simply because they found more affordable insurance elsewhere.

Mark Pritchard State Farm: A Complete Lack of Accountability & Customer Service…read more My experience with Mark Pritchard's State Farm office has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of communication and failure to properly manage my policy has caused unnecessary stress, financial burden, and even left my son stranded on Interstate 75 due to their negligence. When I added a new car to my policy, I was quoted one rate, only for it to later increase with no clear explanation. On top of that, Marcia failed to update my defensive driving course, which directly affected my rate. They repeatedly claimed they never received the certificate, but when I checked my records, I found the email where it had been sent directly to Marcia's email address--meaning the mistake was entirely on their end. This was just the beginning of a series of careless errors. My payment was not properly posted, which ultimately led to my insurance being canceled--something I only discovered because I took the initiative to follow up. Because of their failure to communicate, my son was left stranded on I-75, and when I attempted to get a tow, I was told there was no active insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for the tow, and while they eventually reimbursed me, it took weeks--an issue that never should have happened in the first place. In an attempt to rectify the situation, Jennifer assured me she would call me back, but after a week of waiting, I had to reach out again. She then told me she thought Mark was supposed to call me--but he never did. Now, I'm being told that my insurance is over $700, despite Mark himself telling me on December 18 that it would only be $500+. The constant miscommunication and lack of accountability make it feel like I was rushed just to get my money, with no regard for accuracy or proper service. Looking back, I should have known better. Two years ago, Mark's office claimed they could insure my daughter's 2019 Kia, only to drop her coverage after a month or two, saying they couldn't insure it anymore. This kind of backtracking and incompetence seems to be a pattern. State Farm should be ashamed to have this office representing their name. If you value honesty, reliability, and proper customer service, avoid Mark Pritchard State Farm at all costs.

Parts warranties, service, and the entire experience was better dealing with State Farm. Now that we are with State Farm, my daughter was hit by a driver carrying insurance apparently from a foreign country. She called Larry Kirchner, and was summarily kicked to the curb. All that Larry's office had to do was to give her the claims number, but instead they told it "it is easier" to deal with the other party's insurance. My daughter was left to attempt to navigate through the trying process of having her car repaired with a foreign insurer for whom English is a second language. Do they have the same quality of repair shops? Do they warranty the parts and the work the way State Farm does? I don't know, and Mr. Kirchner didn't either. It wasn't his concern. When I called Mr. Kirchner to take issue with the shoddy treatment my daughter received, he doubled down on his comments. "You'll have to be out of pocket for your deductible," he said, "and if the other insurer denies responsibility, you won't get your $500 back." How dumb! I asked Mr. Kirchner what made him think that if this foreign insurance company won't pay State Farm and their teams of experts and lawyers, what makes him think they'll pay me? He didn't have an answer. It would have been so easy to simply refer my daughter to the claims department. We trusted this agency enough to write them a check each month, and when we needed their advocacy, their assistance, and their expertise, they summarily dismissed my daughter without any regard for her difficulty, because it was easier for them. If I hadn't been there to help her and direct her to the appropriate people, she'd have had to struggle through the process of getting her car fixed because her agent couldn't be bothered to help. My representative there has been Staci McGowan who has always done a fabulous job at finding the right policies that fit my needs as I grow and my material needs have expanded. Currently I have my homeowners and my automobile insurance through Ron McCleave's office and could not be happier. The rates are very affordable and they beat the competition on their premiums. Up until recently I have never had to file a claim with them until a month ago when my basement flooded. I picked up the phone and gave Staci a call who was more than happy to set up my claim and handle getting a mitigation crew and construction crew over to my house in a quick manner. The claim process so far is going very smoothly unlike that of other insurance companies who drag out the claim process and take months to get back in touch with you.

Initially Chris Fritts came back with an approval and a rate that was lower than our current policy, so we accepted and we cancelled our existing policy. A few days later came the OOPS, "Sorry, we can't write that kind of policy or some other lame easily avoidable reason". We had to scramble to get our prior policy back in place, had to pay penalties for reinstatement and a fee to our property manager for handling the reinstatement. And here is the kicker... Chris Fritts and State Farm continue to bill us for the policy they denied. Going on our 3rd month of bills yet they can't seem to find out why and want us to produce the top sheet of the policy that they never actually wrote even though we can show them the billing statements. BUYER BEWARE. AND - they have done another naughty... bait and switch on our new auto policy. How can an auto insurance company make a quote and write a policy without looking at your driving record? We accept their policy, take a digital safe driving course in order reduce the rate. We give them the completion certificat and expect to lock in the discount, but without notice they raise the rates 2 months in a row and not by a little bit. We are both over 60 with paid for cars. We reach out and they say because of a speeding ticket 2 years before. HUH. We can't understand how they don't pull driving records during underwriting and the quote process unless they are trying to lure drivers in with low rates and hoping they don't notice when the rate goes up without notice or option to remedy. I guess we will be letting the Insurance Commission decide.

Every month, $313.27 are taken out of his account. On March 1, 2023 my son was pulled over by an officer that hand randomly ran his tag and in his system, it showed that the car had NO INSURANCE! We called State Farm's Customer Service (1 800-782-8332) and we spoke with several Customer Service Representatives whom ALL told us "this is weird, we see your son's information but there is NO POLICY! It seem's that the Agent dropped the ball on this one". My son received a citation for not having insurance. On March 2, 2023 I called Josh Minore's Office and alert them of the situation. I have been told that they apologize, when this policy was written that it was left in "limbo" and no one noticed it. I have been told that when this policy was written, it was sent to their underwriters team and "somehow" the underwriters team never sent it back. My son received his insurance binder and insurance card so we thought everything was legit and it was not. On March 1st, I paid $96.11 to add him to another policy while they fix this mistake. Jose told me that it would be refunded by the end of day on March 3rd and it never did. However, Allison said it would be refunded until this was handled. April 10th is our next billing cycle and TODAY, March 29th.... they took out another $313. 27 from my son's account. I emailed Allison 5 days ago asking how would the billing situation would work out and she never replied UNTIL today after I followed up. With them all being parents, you would think that they would be more understanding and helpful, but NO. It's through their customers that they support their families and this is the type of services that we got. I share to avoid it happening to anyone else.
