Muy decepcionada con esta clínica. No la recomiendo…read more Inicié un tratamiento con tirzepatide con la promesa de monitoreo y acompañamiento en la pérdida de peso. En la tercera semana, al ver que no había ningún seguimiento, hice una pregunta totalmente válida sobre la posible pérdida de masa muscular (tengo 50 años). Una empleada llamada Ari habló con la doctora Virginia y la reacción fue sorprendente: la doctora entró visiblemente molesta y prácticamente me regañó por haber hecho una simple pregunta como paciente.Incluso le pregunte si estaba molesta y me dijo SI.. que ella ponia ese tratamiento para ayudar a sus clientes y que ella no se estaba ganado nada. Después de completar el mes que ya había pagado, suspendieron mi tratamiento de forma abrupta, sin siquiera llamarme para cancelar mi cita, diciendo que ya no traerían el medicamento porque "no era rentable". No hubo aviso previo ni ninguna orientación para continuar el tratamiento en otro lugar. Lo más indignante fue que cuando pedí saber qué dosis me estaban aplicando para poder continuar en otra clínica, inicialmente no quisieron proporcionarla y luego mencionaron "2.5" dudando, como quien sale del paso. Una actitud poco profesional, falta de ética médica, ausencia total de seguimiento clínico y una gran falta de cortesía hacia el paciente. Además, al revisar otros reviews negativos, parece existir un patrón: el cliente siempre termina siendo el culpable y el consultorio no asume ninguna responsabilidad. Da la impresión de que la satisfacción del paciente es lo que menos importa. Terrible experiencia. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Matt the physical therapy assistant has amazing skill in what he does, BUT management is deceitful. I've recently received a nice bill after management confirmed prior to my first session that they were in my Healthcare Network and I only needed to pay a $50 copay. I should've verified this with my insurance, but I thought I could trust them. The best part is they collected $50 per session for a total of 12 sessions and did not tell my insurance that I paid the copay. Additionally, they excluded my payments from the bill they sent me. As for the actual practice it is NOT recommended for the following reasons. First, your first session will be with a physical therapist who isn't a permanent therapist at the location. He was clear that he was just there, because they have no one else. Additionally, the physical therapy schedule he prescribed was not followed. He clearly explained to me what the assistant would be doing with me, but when it came to my actual sessions were basic. 10-15 minutes with the electronic pulse massager, ultra sound, and a 10 minute massage. They charged my insurance $245 on top of my $50 just for that! keep in mind you can buy your own electronic pulse massager for $20 on amazon and an ultra sound machine for not too much more. It's absolutely ridiculous! On my last session I expected to receive a post therapy plan, because the physical therapist at the beginning told me I would receive one. All of that was crap. They did one last massage and told me to just go start running. This place is ONLY interested in taking your money and that of your insurer. DO NOT GO! Since I have received my bill I have called them twice and was told I would receive a call back. Since my insurer didn't pay the ridiculous $245 x 12 sessions, they sent me the bill. Guess what.... They haven't called me back. I've filed a complaint with my insurer and hope this post keeps people away. Go somewhere that will invest in your body and your health. These people will not make you better, you won't get your mobility back, and they'll send you a bill after lying about being in your network. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT GO!!!!
