Wow! I have never felt so safe and taken care of at the dentist before! I had an extremely painful…read moretoothache and they squeezed me in and took care of me this morning! She was so gentle and kind. I have previous dental trauma and she took some of that away. She turns off the light AND gives you dark protective glasses so you're not blinded by her lights and your eyes are fully protected! It was amazing. She stopped several times to make sure I was okay during my root canal! Seriously the best dental experience of my life!

I would not recommend going to Great Expressions Dental Care in Brighton. They told me I had two…read morecavities and to get them taken care of right away cavities. I did not have any cavities. I did have a crown put on and was told the cost of it and I paid the amount I was told that day. Several months later I received a bill stating I owe them more money. I told them I paid my bill and I don't owe them anything more. They kept sending me bills in the mail. Now they are hounding me to pay this bill. It is under $100. Since I already paid my bill the day of, I should not be having to pay them more.

They refused to do what I requested leaving me in pain from a broken tooth for 6 weeks! They then had the audacity to charge me almost $100 above and beyond the insurance payments (for doing absolutely NOTHING) after three different people told me that EVERYTHING was covered by my insurance. ***STAY AWAY***
