Definitely not how I expected to be treated after spending a bunch of money with them to get our teeth straight. It's unfortunate but I won't refer anyone else there. After 3 years, I needed to go back for new retainers and they've acted like I'm such a bother! I've asked a few more questions then just accepting the retainers because the retainers DONT Feel right!! My regular dentist also thought my teeth were shifting already! They ran X-Rays, and told me that they wanted to refer me to a "specialist" to look at it further. I let them know again that I didn't think the tooth would last that long, and that my pain was extreme. They still made the referral and swindled me into a teeth cleaning...which I needed, but it just made the pain worse. When I called the "specialist's" office, the receptionist set an appointment for me, but told me I'd need to bring an additional $250 for some "test/assessment" that insurance normally doesn't cover. This is when I knew this was a racket. No resolution on my tooth (which did break completely 24 hours later). Will NEVER go again nor do I recommend. They were nice enough, but did not listen to anything I said, and wanted to sale me cleaning services and refer me to their cohorts for some grift they're doing. Siiiiiiiigh.

I kept my appointment anyway. I was given numerous x-rays/ bitewings (18). They demanded I get a panoramic x-ray but I'd declined. The dentist told me I might have a cavity. I had declined to have it filled. I got a second option recently. I was told I did not have any cavities! My insurance company said they had billed for a panoramic x-ray anyway. I can only get 1 every 5 years. Glad I never went back!
