There's one receptionist in there that is rude and makes it uncomfortable to call and ask any questions! Definitely not how I expected to be treated after spending a bunch of money with them to get our teeth straight. It's unfortunate but I won't refer anyone else there. After 3 years, I needed to go back for new retainers and they've acted like I'm such a bother! I've asked a few more questions then just accepting the retainers because the retainers DONT Feel right!! My regular dentist also thought my teeth were shifting already! Dr. Olds office beat all other estimates and we could tell right off the bat that we would like working with them.
