The location was a little tricky to find because there are no billboard signs leading to the suite. They do have a flag sign outside there door. Inside is nice and clean. Horrible customer service. I bought pictures through my sons school and waited 6 weeks and still haven't gotten them. I emailed the company only to be told to wait. No time frame or even "let me look into this". I'm just supposed to wait forever. I will never order pictures from the school again if they use Leonards. My ex ordered a day earlier and got her pictures already. I'll pay someone to take his picture next year. read more

Your girls came in for school pics and COULD NOT CARE LESS!! I was scrambling behind everyone making sure they looked nice and she would quickly snap without a thought, I fear my hand is in some of the shots. Even the parents who paid a lot (and I mean A LOT for these prices) their child was quickly moved along without a thought. As a teacher I for real can't do every single thing. Please be more mindful and helpful during these sessions. Teachers need help making sure the students are captured nicely especially when parents are paying high prices for prints. I have no idea why you have to be in such a rush, you know they are children and it takes time!! read more

I feel compelled to write this review after my long hiatus from reviews. My experience started when they were employed to take pictures for the elementary school. after some time, I even forgot about it- I was sent the download link information on 11/29/22, I opened it and to my surprise these professional photographers let my child wear his sweater and was Not positioned properly. I called them and they said it didn't look good to them either but don't worry there was a redo the next day. I said okay and sent my baby to do the redo. I saw it was now December and I called the school which directed me to them because I'm they didn't get them as yet. I called customer service that said they sent it. After the back and forth I called periodically to the school to see if there was a delay. It is now end of February and I still haven't gotten the pictures. I don't recommend this company to any parent. They are unprofessional And not on time. Three months! Please don't tell me the reps were nice, that is complacency because not once did they do any leg work to understand why I'm still waiting on my kid's pictures. read more

I am a 20-year elementary teacher who has experience with both student school pictures and also with my own children's school picture experiences. A few years ago I called Leonards to ask them if I could submit a student picture order form a day late that I had missed inside of a backpack and asked if they would still honor the preorder pricing from the day prior since it was my mistake. I have always been diligent with collecting student order forms in class on picture day, but sometimes human error takes over and I found this one too late! Leonards gave me a hard time and refused to honor the preorder pricing. Fast forward to this year....I have 2 senior students who had their yearbook picture taken last August 2022. We loved the proofs and submitted our choice for the yearbook last fall. I called last week to have the "other" senior photos taken of my 2 girls because they wanted a more-recent senior picture portfolio closer to graduation. Leonards told me that they do not take pictures anymore of 2023 graduates! I let them know that when I inquired last August about this package-they told me that it would be available all year. We are so disappointed! Well, the straw that broke the camel's back is the fact that we decided to purchase a digital image of each of the girls' senior photo (2 photos for $200!) from last August. The problem I have is...they took it upon themselves to completely airbrush/filter both of their senior photos! They are FAKE! One of my daughters has lots of freckles and they are GONE and my other daughter's rosy cheeks are gone too. I'm so disappointed! I hope the schools choose to use someone else to do school pictures that have better customer service, will work with teachers if there is an error and NOT change the picture after we order it. These FAKE senior pictures will now be in the yearbook. So sad! read more

This place was the absolute best experience my daughter and I had today. The four photographers on shift; starting with Corallynn Chesser who greeted me with a warming smile, understanding words, could not find me on the appointment roster for today, yet added me and welcomed me and my daughter; whom both of us were running late, with a time slot and not to worry. Corallyn Chesser, Kaitlyn Lettow and Tyler Brooks engaged in conversation with me waiting on my daughter to pull up, (she drove separate from our house since she wasn't ready when I left to get gas. Desiree Graham was our indoor photographer for background/poses 1 & 3 and she was professional and a beautiful soul that eneded up feeling as part of our family before the session was over. Desiree knew exactly the right angels to turn the camera and have Cortanie adjust her self to capture the best poses. Desiree went above and beyond, offering us cold water bottles and snacks to get us through. And even asked suggested Queenie, our family fur pup & my support Yorkie, Queenie get in on some poses. Tyler Brooks was professional & understanding with girl poses for our outdoor background poses. He made it seem as he had captured us before. Knowing just the right movements to stand. Also, making a personal moment asking if my service doggie, silver blue, Yorkie, Queenie wanted to be a part of the memories and be in on some poses and even asked me to get in the picture with my daughter. Im glad I did. We can never get back that moment in time. Kaitlyn Lettow was so beautiful & sweet with a understanding and calming demenor, that made the whole session the best appointment with have had ever in a picture studio. All 4 of these amazing photographers made this senior session a great experience and special memories capturing my senior daughter in some of the most important poses ever in her life before wedding and baby ones. And I am greatful we had the crew we did there today. If there is top shelf photographer awards, this Leonard's location and crew should be considered as such. I recommend all 4 of them to get a raise and the recognition they all deserve with the company recognized at all meetings and allowded to demonstrate & train all the newbees starting out in the photography career field exactly how to look at all customers with respect and understanding, speak to them, and capture nothing but the absolute best memories and personality through each pose with the camera equipment! They all worked so well together flowing helping each other with the whole session with such great energy and attitudes. I can not wait till Monday, December 12th, when Kaitlyn Lettow will be arriving early at Ridge view High school to capture my daughter and all her friends in their cap and gown poses. She is welcomed as I would not have any other group of photographers take our pictures. I would like to see them featured in the Jacksonville magazine for whos who in Jacksonville businesses. They are all on my list of nothing but the finest from Clay to Duval County, Florida. I wished there way more than 5 stars to give them, as they were higher than 5 star honestly. I highly recommend all 4 photographers for all Clay & Duval County picture session. The heavy traffic and distance from home was all worth it when I walked in that studio! read more

I want to share how impressed I was with everyone who worked with us at the Jacksonville location when we went in for my daughter's senior pictures. They worked as a team and communicated so well that each member was able to have real input and responsibility for part of the process. The result was that the creativity and skills of each team member were reflected in the quality of the pictures. Because they love what they do, my daughter (who doesn't enjoy having her picture taken) had a fun and memorable experience. My daughter's school picture was awful. She has brown hair and in the picture is very black, I couldn't recognize her on the picture.

Leonard's took their tome to capture amazing photographs of my senior. They took photos on location and in the studio and they are all amazing. My daughter is a swimmer and they even captured a studio photo that appears like she is under water! We also had make-up done at the studio. It was perfect! Not too heavy for a high schooler! Not good. I prepaid for my kids photos in Feb 2016. It's May...no photos. I've been in contact with them. Gee golly we'll send them out right away. 2 weeks later. Whoopsie! They'll be there by the end of March. Called 2 weeks later....oops...we JUST found out about this issue today we're rushing them to the school. Still waiting. I recommend ANYONE but them. read more
