It is an excellent place to find a birthday or hostess gift. BUT- my absolute favorite time to go to Outside Inspirations is during the holiday season!! They close the store for a few days and completely overhaul it into a Christmas wonderland! There are so many great decorations and ornaments every year. It is always on my shopping list!!

When we were ready to spend $35,000, their attitude completely changed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought we might have been mistaken. However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?" That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture. Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't as they picked up their furniture. 1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices. 2)They lack ethics and professionalism. 3)They only respond to threatening emails.

I had three companies visit my house, including Nest Expressions. In addition to regular squared windows, my house also has a semi-circle window that wasn't covered & I was interested in seeing options for that as well. The owner visited & brought along all his window coverings. There were some fancy blinds that could darken a room or filter some light in (honeycomb shades, I think). After assessing the options, we decided to stay with the plantation shutters & decided to work with Nest expressions, over the other companies. They sell Hunter-Douglas brand products; though I don't know a whole lot about these type of products, that is a brand I have heard of. A lesser selling point to me, was that their products are USA made, which naturally I'm willing to buy if all else being equal. We liked the fact that we could get faux (fake) wood shutters in several shades. One of the other companies had only faux wood in white, which we didn't want. The owner measured each of my windows exactly, even though they're all pretty much the same, except for the bay window in the front of the house + the half-circle window. We were also presented a few options on the design of the large shutter how we wanted it opened & hinged I didn't agree to a contract at that point as I was still awaiting an estimate from one of the other vendors. But while waiting, we pretty much decided to use Nest Expressions. They weren't the cheapest option, but the owner worked with us to get the best deal possible. I was confident these would be of top quality. We also worked a bit on the sales tax, as I had a notion that they should be tax-free since they become fully attached, and thus, a part of the house itself. The owner also consulted his CPA & it turned out that it was somewhere in the middle as I recall. The time to have them (custom) made in the factory was about a month. They called me in advance to set a time & date. Everything went well. The installer was very professional & did the work quickly & cleaned-up afterward. I've not experienced any problems since the installation over a year ago.

The quality and prices of the products were moderate, not cheap or expensive. During my most recent visit, I waited only a couple of minutes in line at the cash register. The cashier rang up my item, and then he stared at me without saying anything. I asked him what the total price was, and then he told me. At the end, he did thank me and wish me a good day. I am knocking off one star because I buy only some things here, and I have not yet filled up my shopping cart.

I do have to be honest with the ordering process and wait time. We ordered these tables in November 2025 and the delivery time and date kept getting pushed back and back even though we were told we would get them quickly when we purchased them in the Wexford store. Our salesperson was really nice and it wasn't her fault. They get some of it from the warehouse in another town where the shipments arrive at. So between when we ordered them and when we got the tables today, has been over 2 months. Just know that you might have a bigger wait time for your order.

I messaged Neva, she reviewed the order and saw the one piece was ordered incorrectly. She reviewed with a manager and had it reordered correctly. She was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her for any furniture needs, she was amazing and always responds when you contact her.
