I also told them that I didn't need the mattress for in Pittsburgh, but for Tampa rather! This was not a problem at all! The gentleman helping me quickly looked to see where their closest location to me was and what days they do deliveries! As for picking out my mattress, I knew nothing about a mattress other than: does it feel good? The man had me try out a few and see what I liked and what I didn't like till we narrowed it down to two! From there, he then had me lay on each for a good 5-10 minutes to really get a feel for it! He wanted me to like it, after all, I'd be spending a good 8 hours on it everyday! After finally deciding on which mattress to purchase, the buying process was easy! I was so impressed with the price of it as well. Happy to know that I wouldn't be going into debt! Next time I need to buy a new mattress, I will 10/10 be coming back!

I've waited too long to buy a new mattress simply because I thought it was going to be tough. They have such a big selection and they are divided into categories so once you find the tupe you want you know what part of the store to dive deeper. After moving into a bigger home, we were able to keep that couch in our den and ended up buying two more couches from the same brand as well as a dining room table. We were so pleased that a few weeks ago we went back to get a mattress from them. They are always kind and courteous - I don't feel like I'm being upsold into a product like I do other places just so they can move product. I think they genuinely want to give me a product they believe in (I actually bought the mattress that the owner said he has in his own home - can't beat that recommendation!) We have had multiple deliveries and they are always respectful with the product and our home. I'll continue to go back and support them again and again.

After delivery (which was fast and easy with great delivery guys), I realized the twin box was too small for my antique bed. Not only was I able to return it with no hassle, but Vince went the extra mile and tried to source a shorter box that would fit my bed (without me asking), even going so far as to look into custom-made options. I would never have gotten that kind of experience at a chain store. Robin and Vince are wonderful.

( only mattresses and bases in area) the ajustable bases fit inside the platform frames which was where they were going.
