I walked in Leo's Italian restaurant today & ordered 2 Strombolie to go. It was 99% dough, a few pieces of deli ham, a few tiny round sausages & a dab of white cheese. I was shocked when I got home and seen it! I have ate in the restaurant 2 times. I guess "take out" is made different. Very disappointed!! read more

I try to eat there at least once a week, because the food is excellent. I am from St. Louis and his food is as good as the food we use to get on Diego Hill. I would recommend it to everyone if you like Italian food. The service is great and the ambiance is very nice. read more

The service was good. My partner ordered a sampler of 3 pastas , I ordered eggplant parmesan. The sampler was good. On my dish there were several layers of the breaded eggplant, but far too much breading and very thin eggplant, only about 1/16". The sauce was flavorful, as was the cheese. The warm rolls were tasty. No salad is included with the entrees. The waitress brought a free dessert because I'd said beforehand that I wanted thick slices of eggplant. Coffee was good and served in a large cup. If you use a credit card to pay for the meal, there is an extra charge, and this is noted on the bill, but you must check the bill to discover this. read more

We ate there about a month ago and it was good. Service was excellent. It was an evening meal and we ate the special of the day which was a shrimp and chicken pasta dish with alfredo sauce. The tiramisu for dessert was very good. Ate lunch there today and it was not as good. The lunch dish that I ordered was three dishes - lasagna, ravioli, and one other one, covered in a creamy type red sauce. All came in one dish buried in the sauce and it overwhelmed the flavors of the entrees. Worst part - it came with a salad and it was nothing but iceburg lettuce that had the flavor of the bagged kind. Even had a bit of browning on the edges of the lettuce. Had lunch here today and it was good. The food came out piping hot and serving size was enough to bring home half. They need better signage. Definitely will try again read more

My grandpa lives nearby and he took my family and I here for dinner - we're out of state. 10/10. /10. The customer service was excellent, Kerry was our hostess and she was SUPERB. I had the blue italian marg - amazing. All of our food (the italian sampler, chicken parm, penne all toscana, sausage pizzoalla (?), shrimp florentine) was PERFECT - including our bread rolls and the entree sampler. Very good! Service was great and food came out very quick! We all got the caesar salad and it was very good highly recommend. We got the chicken alfredo, pasta sampler, and chicken parmesan. All were very good and came piping hot! I would recommend the pasta sampler the most! read more

I was greeted by no fewer than three people when I entered, all very friendly. After ordering the service overall was barely average. The food is excellent! Generous portions and excellent flavor and texture. I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alla Panna. The tortellini was cooked perfectly and the cheese filling was dense and flavorful. The grilled chicken had a pleasant flavor that complimented the sauce and pasta nicely. The Alla Panna sauce was very good. Thick and rich with just the right seasoning. No bread sticks or salad included with the entree. I ordered the side salad with Italian dressing. A large salad including a variety of greens with tomato and black olive slices. There was an over abundance of dressing served over the salad. If you prefer much lighter amounts of dressing I suggest ordering it on the side. The overall flavor was quite good. A good place for Italian food, I'll be back to try the rest of the menu! read more

We think this is the best Italian food you will find any where. We have been there twice and loved it. Service was great the food is wonderful. Cant wait to go back again and try something different. You have to go you will love it. read more
