Totally bazaar experience. We had to wait 45 minutes for 3 of our party to get our food, the fourth of our party receiving theirs five minutes later. The fifth of our party never got theirs. One of our party went into the back to find out why and the two people there were both on their phones taking selfies while they were cooking. It was obvious on the woman's face she had totally forgot. When we complained, they were unbelievably rude. It's too bad, three of the dishes were good, hence the two stars, otherwise I would have only given one. Beware of the Lobster Ravioli though, it's not Lobster Ravioli. The food at Vito's used to be excellent. The restaurant was closed for two or three months and when it reopened we couldn't wait to eat there. Extremely rude woman. Will not return. When she brought out the salads, one was incorrect and neither had feta cheese on them. She voiced that basically that was my fault because she didn't hear me say I did not want chicken. Well, you have to say you want chicken. Anyway, when the bill came it showed that both salads were charged with chicken. I asked and she rudely said, "Of course, not! You did not eat chicken!" with a scowl on her face." We were here at 7:15 pm Saturday evening after a power outage in Eureka Springs. Restaurant was full but when we entered we were told the restaurant was closed!!! We enjoyed this little hidden gem on a rainy Friday night. Food was amazing. We had spaghetti and manicotti. Both were delicious. Good ingredients, hot and generous portions. Seemed to be very clean cooking. Many times Italian food is followed by Tums or Alka Seltzer but no issues here. I'm ready to go back. Wait staff was friendly and funny. What a surprise. We happened upon Vito's this weekend without much expectation. As we walked in, the aroma made us stop because we knew at that moment this dinner would be good. An unassuming place that does not rely on kitschy decor because they don't need to do so. My daughter ordered the Italian sampler consisting of lasagna, chicken Parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo. I got a bite of each and my goodness it was wonderful. The chicken Parmesan was the highlight of her plate. I ordered chicken carchovi. Artichoke hearts and chicken in a creamy white wine sauce was flat out delightful. The servings were generous and we both left with enough food for another dinner. This is authentic Italian. Don't expect an American version of Italian. In fact, this establishment may ruin other American Italian restaurants for you. Service was quite good and personable. Wow, love this place!!!! Daughter and grandson in from London and I were there yesterday. People have always loved the rolls but they were the best ones ever yesterday. I had salmon amore which was perfect. The other two had Calzones which were gigantic and they both enjoyed. Nice waitress named Carla until I guess her shift was over and then another nice waiter. Just experienced the most fabulous dish of Manicotti! Perfect marinara with a scrumptious cheese filling. My husband had the Stromboli... equally as good. What an unexpected delight! We needed to head into Berryville to complete some errands and decided to grab lunch while we were out. It was mid-afternoon (2pm) and a lot of places were closed or closing soon. This place was available and I'm so glad we got to stop by. I had the chicken & mushrooms in brandy sauce over spaghetti, he had the Chef's Favorite. Both were delicious, generous portions, and served hot. The bread rolls smelled and tasted divine. We devoured the stuffed mushrooms and the sauce they came in soaked into the bread perfectly. Service was attentive without being disruptive and the background music was a lot of fun to listen too. Vito's was neither really good nor really bad. It was adequate. It felt kind of bland, but I'll admit I like my pasta sauces to be spicy.

My favorite place in town to eat! The food is consistently delicious. I've tried over 75% of the menu and each item is absolutely delicious! The staff, especially Vito, is kind and attentive and always welcoming and on top of things. The tiramisu is AMAZING. My husband and I are there often. I recommend Vito's to everyone! read more

The interior of this locally owned restaurant is spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff likewise is very friendly and attentive. The menu is surprisingly extensive with a wide range of pizza, pasta entrees, salads and entrees featuring chicken, beef and veal. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well. My side salad was modest but fresh. The eggplant Parmesan was well prepared and presented atop a generous portion of spaghetti. Their red sauce is very flavorful but is a bit on the "sweet" side. My eggplant could have been served a little hotter for my taste. The bread served is a soft ciabatta style bread with a nice yeasty flavor. The one down side is that the restaurant is not able to serve wine at this time due to a local ordinance preventing alcohol being served within a certain distance from a church. That's a shame but I will return nonetheless if I'm in the area. We were in Eureka Springs for our anniversary and the Italian place in town was an hour wait. I was really craving Italian food, so we drove the short distance to here instead. This food is AMAZING! I have seriously never had better Italian food in my life. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was the best I've had! My husband had the trio and I tried his lasagna. We were both in shock over how good it is. I would have paid double to eat this meal! The garlic knots are also so delicious and addicting. I would have kept eating if I had room in my stomach, but now we have some leftovers to enjoy again. I wish this place was closer to where we live in Kansas because we would be back all the time! You locals are so lucky to have such great food. Give it a try if you are visiting!! It is definitely worth the drive if you are staying in Eureka Springs. Staff is also very friendly.
