Since my dealer service warranty has expired and I was determined not to spend an arm and a leg this time, I drove in to New England Tire Car Care in Warwick on a late Saturday afternoon. Not only did they check my car within the same day, they also diagnosed the problem and offered to order the original part by Monday. By Tuesday, the problem was fixed and I was able to drive out of there with a new, OEM taillight that did not cost me greatly. Ed, Greg, and Mike--everyone, really--are pleasant and really helpful.
