This was my first experience with Sullivan and I'm very impressed with service, start to finish. Scheduled my appointment for rear shock mount replacement on a Friday afternoon for the next day, got a call within 30 minutes to confirm and was able to drop my car off the night before with my keys in a safe location. All throughout the day I received phone calls to provide updates on findings and recommendations. My car was ready within 4 hours, which is outstanding! I keep returning to Sullivan Tire even though I moved far away and there isn't one close to me. It is the customer service!! I feel taken care of. They always go the distance to make sure that I know what my options are if any big expenditures need to happen. Today was a simple rotation. I did need an inspection sticker. The gentleman at the desk told me I should make an appointment and that then it would be a 2-hour wait; I understand that this was last minute, so it was solid advice. I had to post my most recent experience with Sullivan. I brought in my car for new tires. They were running a promotion and I got a good price, but that's not what compelled me to write this review. While my car was there I asked them to listen to a sound it was making. When I returned they advised me to bring it to the dealer because it was still under warranty and the sound was concerning. They could have diagnosed the problem and charged me an awful lot to fix it. But I appreciate the honesty they showed. The car is now at the dealer awaiting a new engine and will be completely covered by the warranty. They saved me a lot of money and have earned my future business and I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you! read more

I was visiting the area with family for the weekend. A couple of indicator lights came on. So I searched the web and found Sullivan which happened to be three minutes from the hotel we were staying. So, I went there and explained to Mr. Loughery what my problem was. They checked out my car and came back with their findings and explained what the problem was. He told me what the cost would be for repairs. They took care of my problems and also let me know that I would need to purchase tires soon. All went well and they did a very good job. Cant say enough good things about Sullivan Tire, and especially Kevin. We had all four tires and rims stolen off of our car while away on a weekend trip. No one would help us. Every tire store required us to bring the car to them, which was obviously impossible. Thank god I found Kevin. He went out of his way to help us. Ordered new tires and rims. Went to the location of the car and installed them. Brough the car back to the shop for safe keeping until we were able to drive back from NY. Had an appointment for my car to have an oil change, tire rotation & fluid check. Turned out to be the day after a snow storm so I was told they were a little short staffed because of the storm. They still took my car in pretty close to my appointment time. It was done in a reasonable period of time. I also had 2 coupons that they had sent me which they deducted from my bill. He was so sincere and genuine that I felt comfortable and confident bringing my car to Sullivan Tire to be diagnosed and fixed by him. When I got my car back the issue was fixed completely. My family had been going there for over 30 years but the last few times I've gone, I've been very disappointed in the service. Left my car there all day for an oil change and it barely got done by closing time. Another time, it was there all day but wasn't finished because they started on it too late. This week's experience took the cake. My check engine light came on so I called to make an appointment. I was told I would need to leave it all day and they MAY get to it. That was it for me. Went somewhere else that a friend recommended and they immediately checked it on the computer and solved the problem in under 15 minutes at no charge. On my way to the airport to pick up my kids around 930am and my car starting acting up, lost the power steering on 95 then turning on the road to the airport lost the abs and srs and the car starting hesitating pretty bad. Took the first exit and was looking for a place when I saw Sullivans pulled in and the car died. As it was 12-24-19 I was glad to see they were open. Explained what happened and they said they would see what they could do and asked me to leave the car there. I explained I was from out of state and couldn't and had to wait. They were closing early afternoon due to it being christmas eve and they had a lot of cars in there. They went over all the work (new tires, oil change, etc...) and they were very friendly and thorough. They were also looking out for our needs since we needed 4 new tires. The sales person told us that he knew of a sale coming and to wait a day so we would get the sale price. He saved us over $125! I want to give a special thanks to Bart. I usually just write reviews for restaurants but I think this place deserves a shout out. I'm a decent driver but I have a tendency to hit curbs with my big SUV. After this most recent incident I called Sullivan Tire. I remembered that the last time (almost a year ago to the day) I'd had a great customer service experience there. This time was no different. I called and spoke with a very nice man who was able to look at my purchase history and determine that they had my tire in stock. He let me choose the time I wanted to come in to get it installed. Last summer I replaced four tires when the old ones were worn out. I also purchased the maintenance and protection plan. A few weeks ago, one of the tires was losing air and I was very impressed when the tire was fixed the same day I called. I was able to wait for the repair, and while the manager on duty could not tell me how long I would have to wait for the tire to be fixed, I was able to bring the car over and wait until the repair was finished. Sadly, a different tire was losing air. When I called this morning, Dan explained that I would have to drop off the car and could not wait. He could not say when I would be able to get it back. Unfortunately, we only have one vehicle and I have to be able to wait. He offered to make an appointment for Saturday, but that is five days away and I need to travel on I95 later this week which would not be safe. Very disappointed. Luckily, I was able to find another store that fixed the tire while I waited for it. It took a couple of hours, but I am back on the road safely. The cost was 15 dollars so it didn't break the bank. While I really liked the earlier service I received at Sullivan, today was a very big disappointment. read more

We were in town for a wedding and discovered a nail in one of the tires causing a slow leak. We had wedding events looming and then a four-hour drive home and were not keen to do all that on the donut. When we arrived at Sullivan (after being sent away by a competitor as "too busy"), all of the bays were full. They squeezed us in, repaired the tire, and remounted it on the car - all while we waited - and all with a kindness that makes for loyal and happy customers. And the charge was unbelievably small. I came here for an oil change and I also had them check out my brakes, which we're making a noise. I picked up my car later that day. The oil change was pricy and I was charged $40 for the estimate on the brakes which was not a big deal seeing how it did require some time. What was an issue was the price of the estimate. They gave me an estimate for calipers, rotors and pads for $886.00. I elected not to have them done at that time due to the high price. Also when I got back my car the brakes sounded worse than when I brought it in. Later that month I brought my car to another shop and my total was $532 for the same exact job. To think this shop takes advantage of people like this is sickening. I would not recommend for anyone to get any work done here. read more

Before buying a set of tires for my pickup truck, I price shopped online with about five local tires dealers, and Sullivan Tire had the best price. I didn't choose them solely based on price, however. Quality of service is equally important, and Sullivan Tire in Warwick got good reviews for professionalism and quality of service. Mike was very professional, both on the phone and in person and patiently answered my many questions. Following some front-end work, I had had a wheel alignment done by another repair shop about a month before bringing my truck to Sullivan for a set of new tires. Sullivan Tire routinely does an alignment check when a customer buys new tires, and they showed me that my alignment was out of spec (on more than one adjustment). So they did a PROPER wheel alignment, and installed four new B.F. Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2, while I enjoyed their pleasant waiting room with Kuerig coffee. A few days later, I replaced front and rear shocks on my Chevy pickup. With the new shocks, tires and a proper front-end alignment, my truck, which is 16 years old, rides like new. I don't ever provide feedback but I had a fantastic experience. I went to multiple places who told me I needed four new tires when they were not very old. I believe the woman who helped me is named Glenda but she called around and got me into an appointment so that I didn't waste my money. I only needed 1 tire and it was covered by warranty. Glenda was very helpful and the Warwick location saved my day. I do not know why I tried going anywhere besides Sullivan tires. read more

Ok...my car was vibrating like crazy when I accelerated. Had no idea what is was and I was headed for a 3 hour road trip. Found this place off Yelp based on location nearest me. They bought me in in under 10 minutes. Fixed the problem....snow pack all on the axles and tires...filled my tires to proper air level....then tried not to charge me....I said NOT charge me...car was done in less than 20 minutes! I paid for their lunch. Bottom line...they are not crooks and they care....please go to the dudes and support good businesses like this. read more

I have been to this location before for tires but never checked in on yelp! I decided to call them last minute on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change. I had called 5 other places that were marginally accomodating and after my last Jiffy Lube experience, I was not going back there! I called Sullivan and from "hello" i could tell they wanted my business. I arrived at 4:50pm and they took me right in and did the service and it was done quickly and $20 less than I used to pay Jiffy Lube and this was without a coupon. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THIS LOCATION! They tried to charge me over $260 for a new tire that I did NOT need ! My tire had a nail in it and I could see were it was. They told me it was "unrepairable" and they would have to order me a new one. I don't even believe they looked at my car at all! It was parked in the same place and not one finger print was on the rim. So I took my car to a different place and they were able to patch the tire for $5.60!!!! DO NOT GO HERE ! read more
