I was lucky enough to be seated in the first round of customers since I got there 15 minutes before seating. They do not have a reservation system and the wait can be a while after first seating since all the food come out one at a time for all groups. So think, if groups got a specific dish, they'd all get that dish and then the staff would work on the next one to serve, etc. The wine list is endless and there were so many options to try! Note: more bottles than single glasses but worth it considering the ambiance and conversations you can have!
