Everyone was pleasant to work with and speak to and I ended up paying only $50 which is at least $30 less than I've been spending on my Imprezas oil changes for the last 2 years. We explained our situation and Sean had us check in Thursday morning at 6:45. They got our truck fixed up and we were on our way to CO before noon that same day. He called me back in about an hour with an estimate. Although it seemed a little high, after explaining how he came up with it, I agreed. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil. I appreciated his honesty, getting me an appt. in spite of being busy, and going out of the way to take me to/from the motel and how fast they did the work. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Doyle Johnson's whether you live here or you're from out of town.

Prior to this ball joint replacement i had NO performance issues what's so ever. This was evidently a result of their service. This was a serious and sudden shift especially since a ball joint replacement (suspension work) SHOULD NOT cause engine trouble directly. I would not recommend this location.
