I had work done on my truck to the tune of 1590.21. Drove it home and had the exact same issue I just paid to have fixed so I brought it back. They came up with a 5000. - 6000.00 estimate. They said I needed all new gaskets and weren't sure about parts availability. Took it to a mechanic and he installed a power steering pump and a brake cylinder pump, total cost of parts and labor under 200.00. Quite a price difference and totally different fix. it's now running like a champ. Need a flat fixed. Go see these guys, new tires. sure, why not. Any other work needs to go somewhere else because these guys were seriously wrong about the problem and orice gouging to add insult. read more

Mom and I are on a road trip to Puyallup today and, of course, the tire pressure warning light came on in her car! According to Yelp, we were just two miles to the nearest Les Schwab. Yay! Within minutes, they were checking mom's tires and had the main offender repaired. While we waited, we enjoyed free coffee and popcorn for breakfast. The staff is friendly as they always are. Special shoutut to Zach for taking such good care of us and explaining to Mom what was going on. He even checked the brakes for us. Mom has been a Les Schwab loyalist for 50 years and I have for at least 20. They take care of their customers in a way more businesses should. We came in to get our tires checked and a service man came out right away and checked the pressure in our tires and asked us a few questions about our tire sensors and was very pleasant and professional. I also really appreciated how clean it was. It smelled good and there was some mellow music playing and I was approached right away and the bathrooms were impeccable. read more

I've been going to Les Shwab for many years and it's always a pleasant experience and fast service this time we needed a battery

Came in on the 7th to get my wheels balanced. That was fine and went well. But then a week later shaking came back at 70 mph and above. I was busy and came back on the 26th. They said for them to re balance it just because I didn't purchase THEIR tires they would still charge me. I find it ridiculous that I came back not even 20 days after the appointment and they said I would have to pay again. I think they should give their customers better customer service. read more

I was on a trip to Vancouver, BC, when my tire pressure light suddenly came on. I exited the freeway and discovered a bolt in my tire. I quickly searched for a tire store and found a Les Schwab in Arlington, WA. To my delight, the staff were friendly, kind, and efficient. They took me in right away, located the bolt, repaired the tire, and sent me on my way--without charging me! Such generosity is rare these days. Failed to repair my Chevy Blazer after I spent $2300.00 fixed everything BUT what I told them to fix! And had to take it in repeatedly and they keep charging me and not guarantee their work!!! If they did any? DO NOT RECOMEND THIS BISS. STAY AWAY FROM SMOKEY POINT Schwab tires. 2) Do not take your European car here for repairs they do not know what they are doing other then putting you in Harms' WAY ....they failed to reprogram the computer on my Benz 2012 Wheel speed sensors they installed and I almost ended up in multiple car collisions and car being temporarily disabled, not being able to move transfer of power equally to AWD axles and pitching my car into heavy right or left turns stalling. I had to stop driving it for six months before I was comfortable to make an appoint at Z Sport EURO car specialist to fix the issue which was to update the car with the repair in the computer so it could operate safely. That cost me an additional $350.00 that Les Schwab failed to do after they installed the wheel speed sensors. Do Not take any car here...those kids gen z idiots are not qualified you and your wallet will be victims. I this how Les Schwab treats 100%Veteran disabled senior citizens ......shameful! read more

During a routine tire rotation Was told the vehicle needed new inner tie rod ends among other things. Only problem was straight axle 4x4 truck didn't have those parts. Not to mention the tie rod that is currently installed was relatively new and clearly looked it. Not the 1st experience with this kind of behavior frim Les Schwab. This has got to be the worst les schwab location we have ever been to. Brought my car in for tire sensor light check 4x, each time the light came back on after 1-2 days with a a different reason. They even had me replace the sensors but it didn't fix the problem just made it worse because now going on 5th, cant wait to hear the crap reason this time....These are snow ties on warranty so they should fix it for free except for replacing the sensors II had to pay for which was unnecessary since it didn't fix the problem. these guys are not putting in the time to do it right because they wanna make more money so they'd probably rather help others they can charge. What a crap service to offer lifetime warranty on tires they don't wanna deal with just because they're not making additional money to fix the issue. I only drive this car in the winter when there's snow so the tires have lasted a lot longer than they were expecting. The staff don't care about the customers, especially the 2 women receptionist- they're unwelcoming. I hate that Im stuck with these tires until its time to replace them. Will definitely have to consider the competition for the next ones. 2021 They use to have good customer service at all the les schwab but this one is not consistent. It took them all day til the next to switch tires so couldn't pick up our truck until the next day then they had us unload our own tires...wth they didn't even help. read more

I'd give them zero if I could, I have a 3rd gen dodge. My truck ate there Toyo tires. Bought new tires from them 45,000 miles later only to get truck back and home in driveway to see 42 wheel weights placed on one wheel for balancing, all others have less then 10. New valve stems did not have valve stem caps installed. Mind you I spent 1700$ on 4 tires mounted and balanced. I have some slop in steering, asked where it was coming from they told me drag link and steering box, later on seeing wheel weights and missing caps I decided it would be best to get a second opinion. I took truck to a different shwab location. They told me there is nothing loose under front end, that I need new rear brakes and that the weights are necessary because the tires are heavy. If that was the case then why are the other 3 tires between 2.5 and 5 ounces? Anyways there is visible deflection in the rod end connected to the pitman arm. I'll do it myself over going to any shwab ever again. I've been a customer for 10+ years and everything I've ever had done there I've had to replace again shortly down the road. Completely fed up! Oh and did I forget to mention the door ding with red paint I found in driver side door right after the new tires?!? From there lift I am sure. read more

Amazingly after many years, was finally "sold" on Les Scwhab. I had hesitated because they seemed more expensive...but some of the free services hooked me. So. You get what you pay for. I bought a set of tires from them in 2021, pretty cheap tires, but good enough. They were balanced too, not perfectly, but good enough after TWO tries. Had a wiggle in the steering wheel but I didn't have time to keep going back. Was in Colorado Springs and got a flat, sure enough, Les Scwab fixed it free - and FINALLY did a wheel balance that was correct. So.... Now, time for rotate and balance. Went in day before yesterday for a "free rotate/balance"...no good. Took it back yesterday to complain, was told I need new tires, so on their recommendation (they gave me reasons, like "cupping" in the tire and so on...but to their credit they honored the warranty, so essentially 1/2 price). Just to be sure, paid another over $100 fr a front wheel alignment to be sure. Drove home, worst wheel balance ever, whole car shaking. DONE with them. (And had spent about six hours total waiting in the waiting room after having an appointment both days...I have better uses for my time). Found the best rated tire store in the area via internet search (down in Everett), $15 bucks a wheel and FINALLY a perfect wheel balance, steering wheel perfectly still at any speed, like it should be. AND, they told me the wheels were out of balance when I went to pay. The kicker? They couldn't remove one of the wheels as WHOEVER had put them on previously (see above for a clue!) had cross threaded and stripped a lug nut...it couldn't be removed. Went back to Les Scwhab to let them know...no apology, just excuses about how they calibrate their wheel balance machine every morning. Was told to come back later and they'd "take care of it" whatever that means, but I no longer trust them to touch my car. Will pay the $1-200 bucks to have someone else fix it. The good news is, found my new tire store, will go there from now on. Expensive lesson. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My husband brought his 1990 Silverado in for an alignment. He was told it would be a couple hrs and that he would be called when the work was done, so we went out to run some errands. We were NEVER contacted, as it was approaching closing we called and were informed by the tech, Jordan, that the alignment wasn't able to be done. Again, no one had called to let us know that our vehicle had not been serviced. My husband was told it was because the control arms had been replaced and the "holes weren't knocked out". My husband asked how could that be and attempted to explain the work that had been performed, the tech rudely replied "oh I KNOW how it's done" and ended the conversation. We showed up at the shop and were informed THEY could do the "knock outs" to the tune of $200 ($50/arm). When my husband asked some follow up questions, the tech rudely replied "you'd have to ask Chevy" and again abruptly ended the conversation. We left and my husband got the truck home only to take off the wheels and learn that low and behold the holes had been knocked out. Not only had the technician treated my husband with an unacceptable level of disrespect he flat out LIED about the slotting AND had not even bothered to take the wheels off to look at the control arms. Either this guy hates his job so much he just didn't even want to look or he maliciously was trying to milk my husband for an extra $200 to do "work" that had already been done! WE WILL NEVER be returning to this Les Schwab. *update* As of today, I have increased their "stars" to 2, because they have "made it right". Seth, the manager, contacted us back quickly and is "talking" to the technician. They have assured us that the above practice of offering to charge for work what would not actually be done not NEED to be done is not one that this location nor Les Schwab as a business condone, and have apologized sincerely. read more

I was told that my car would be able to be picked up on Monday night. I came in Tuesday morning and they said that it was not finished. They originally told me it would take an entire day but then told me they could get it done in 45 minutes. That 45 minutes turned into 2 hours of waiting where I missed my college class because of it. Would not recommend this place whatsoever. They are unreliable and do not live up to their word. read more

I am surprised to see the negative comments (and no, I do not have a relative that works here). I have always had great service and they have gone over and above what I would expect (or pay for). I routinely bring in equipment tires, and they patch or repair them for free, but we also do a fair business in regular on the road tires and a few services as well. Went in for tire slow leak fix.They fixed it but also found a slit in my CV joint,humm the other one was fine hmmm. well they said it exploted and was leaking all over the place humm? show me i said,small grease amount and a small slit in my boot covering the CV.other side fine just this small slit leaking on the one side,"put the tire back on".then they gave me a repair estimate for $2000 bucks! "what" o ya you need new shocks,new CV axel,springs etc.etc. The truck is a 2014 in great shape. I went and bought a CV axel for $116 and installed it myself. Will never use them again,they are tricky at upselling the customer. And it does not need the parts they suggested !!! read more

I was in the local area for the holiday and needed a replacement studless snow tire on the one day they were open between a Sunday and the Tuesday New Year's Day. They quickly went to their local warehouse to get the new tire. Back in 45 minutes, installed and Les Schwab tire sensors recalibrated to truck in a few minutes. Even re-installed spare tire under rear truck bed. Great customer service by front desk and the service folks! I was a happy customer. This is why I keep coming back to Les Schwab for my tires. In general, Les Schwab has good and great work done at most location. I would say that customers care about 3 things! Price, work correctly done in reasonable time, and making the customer feel he/she is their top priority. "Seth" GM at SP has always made me feel that way (a few other locations not so much). Totem Lake/Kirkland location (my experience there) below average(overcharge on work)? Kenmore location is good(longer then normal wait time), but Smoky Point and Canyon Park/Bothell locations are by far the best. We can't say enough great things about this location!! We have been [longtime] customers at other Les Schwab stores in the past, and while some of the guys had been hit or miss, we never got that outstanding customer service. That even happened at this location once upon a time. Then they got Seth in as manager, stealing him from Kenmore. Seth is truly one of the last amazing professionals in a customer service industry. He and his team have always been wonderful to us, even when I'm sure it hasn't been easy, haha! But no matter what, they always go above and beyond our expectations. Whenever people see my truck or mention that they need work, tires, wheels, etc, I'll ALWAYS share how awesome this location is. Worst place ever! Dropped off my car for a tire rotation and low air alert, told there was a 2 hour wait. Ok, typical for this place. 3 hrs later still not done. 40 years of patronage at Les Schab my family and friends and hopefully you too will never go to the Arlington Smokey Point store ever again. I gave them 1 last try to fix a flat tire today. They could not find me in the computer and then told be 2 hours to repair a leaky valve stem. I told them I would wait. I waited and they said another hour and it will cost $15.00. I waited, gave up and took it ti FIRESTONE. Theydid it in 8 minutes and for free! Marysville FIRESTONE is awesome. I was in Les Schwab 7 months ago also. Disappointed again then, they kept my truck 2 days and could not fix a suspension thump. 6 years ago my brother took his car to Les Schwab Smokey Point for a brake noise just after a $1200. Brake job at the dealer on a Saturday and was given a diagnosis of it needing a complete brake job, new rotors and all. Dealer did that. I have heard many horror stories about this store. Do your family and friends a huge solid and avoid them at all costs. Les Schwab is turning in his grave seeing his company go down the tubes. read more

Had an awesome conversation with Seth, store manager who took the time to hear my concern and he worked with me in a very customer centric. Way to make sure our vehicle was taken care of and investigate the problem with the alignment. I'm always thankful for management who is willing to focus on the customer and not put cost in front of customer service.
