I was able to get the job done earlier than the expected time which is always a good thing. They are miracle workers there! Highly recommend them. I made a huge mistake taking it to another auto body shop to switch out my grill and the first place I took it too did a shitty job. Leaving my hood with a big gap between the bumper and hood not only that my hood could not open and the warning light would not go off warning me my hood is open when it's locked and unable to pop open. I should have checked with Brian first it's something they could have done without all the hassles. Lesson learned! Got my full refund from the shitty first place and took to Brian and they confirmed it's a job they can do. Scheduled the apt drop off and pick up 5 hours later and I was so impressed with the job. They know what they are doing and they will be up front if they can or cannot do the job instead of giving you false hope and dealing with trying to get your money back. **** highly recommend! When I arrived, there was already a long line and very little organization. That's not the issue-a store cannot control how many patrons show up during a day. What was in their control was the dismissive attitude of the staff. I tried to ask if anyone could help with appointments or explain the process, but I was basically told to wait in the back of the line with everyone else. When I asked again what the actual protocol was for appointments, I was told "wait one minute"... and then nothing happened. After about 10 more minutes of standing around without any follow-up or assistance, I decided to leave. On top of that, the store is currently under construction, which forces customers to wait outside in a cold, unregulated parking lot with no real direction or comfort while they figure things out inside. I've used this location before and it used to be solid, but something has clearly changed--whether it's staffing or management. The level of service and basic communication just wasn't there this time. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor organization and an unhelpful attitude from staff. I can't recommend this location based on what I experienced.

UPDATED REVIEW: Burien Les Schwab still rocks!…read more Found a screw in my tire but close to the sidewall, so expected to have to replace vs patch. Also had alignment wear on all four. The sales associate was outstanding throughout the whole process of 4x tire replacement (+tire stiping) and alignment checks. They even contacted the OEM to verify a recommended alignment setting that they suspected was the source of the alignment wear, then called me to bring the vehicle back to get it adjusted. I appreciated the extra mile they went to check on that, even though it meant i had to bring the vehicle back. This team has repeatedly earned my trust throughout my interactions with them. I still highly recommend them.

I have been to Les Schwab 10 times in the last 2 years because I have had nothing but issue after…read moreissue with them and the work they've done on my brakes. I paid for what they told me was new rotors, calipers, and brake pads - paid an excessive amount of money for it. Now a year later, they say I need that work again and that it has never been done. After being so frustrated with the shoddy work, I went to a different mechanic. He asked me where I got my brakes done. I told him Les Schwab. He laughed and said that they used Loctite on the bolts and he couldn't use the gun to get them off, and had to do it manually. I told him my horror stories and they said "yeah, we hear that a lot." He also confirmed my suspicions that I didn't need all of the work that Les Schwab said I did. He did actual quality work on my brakes, at a fraction of the cost Les Schwab quoted me, and I haven't had to go back every 3 months like I did with Les Schwab. Do yourself a favor- DO NOT GO TO LES SCHWAB. Find a mechanic instead. You'll save money and get quality work.

An independent inspection determined the cause was improper installation of the oil filter. Specifically, the protective plug was not removed from the oil filter prior to installation, which blocked oil flow and led to engine failure. This was not a defective part, it was a handling error. As a result, I was left with a disabled vehicle, significant downtime, and major repair costs. The matter ultimately required legal involvement and was resolved through a settlement with their insurer. Mistakes can happen, but this was a basic procedural failure with severe consequences. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emily's Garage for even routine service.
